Presents the ‘queue’ of requested and scheduled speeches and the most recent fifty speeches made at the club.Clicking on a name will show the member’s profile (phone numbers and allows to book another speech).Hovering over the assignment will display the standard times.Clicking on the Workbook gives full details of all the member’s speeches from that book.Clicking on the date for a scheduled or completed speech will display full detail for the meeting.Edit of completed speeches is only available to the VP-E but members may change the title etc for ‘requested’ or ‘scheduled’ speeches up to the cut-off point for the meeting (set by club but 12 hours suggested)
In the pop-upThe member (or VP-E) places a speech in the queue by selecting the assignment from whichever manual the member is currently working on. Dual members may specify a club for a speech or leave it open for the first VP-E to schedule it

Members who have confirmed that they are attending are shown in the panel on the right.The roles needed for this meeting are shown on the left with the member currently assigned.On-line, each member sees a ‘thumbs up’ or ‘thumbs down’ next to their name to confirm that they will attend or accept the role that has been offered to them. The e-mail sent to members includes links which press the ‘thumbs up’ or ‘thumbs down’ for the member.A member without an assigned role may use this screen to volunteer for certain roles (if the club allows this).Clicking on a member’s name displays a mini-profile of the member with contact information.Clicking on a role name will show the Knowledgebase article for the role.A member, or their mentor, or the VP-E may click on the ‘last attended’ and ‘last role’ dates for a summary of participation.Clicking on the ‘printer’ button will print the agenda.

Speech Assignment Screen for a Meeting
The VP-E (or meeting manager if the club allows it) uses this screen to assign speeches for a meeting.All speaking roles from the meeting agenda are shown in the top section.All queued speeches for the club are shown in the bottom section with the ‘ready’ date highlighted in red if the speech will not be available before the date of this meeting.The pull-downs allow selection of any speech that is not already assigned to a meeting (provided the member has not said that they cannot attend this meeting).Clicking on a name will show the member’s profile (which also allows to book another speech).Hovering over the assignment name will display the standard times.Clicking on the Workbook gives full details of all the member’s speeches from that book.Clicking on the date for a scheduled speech will display full detail for the meeting.Clicking on the speech title opens a pop-up to edit the assignment and title.

Role Assignment Screen for a Meeting (with pop-up showing recent history for a role)
The VP-E (or meeting manager) uses this screen to assign roles for a meeting or confirm attendance advised by telephone.All roles from the meeting agenda are shown in the left section.Attendees are shown in the right section.The pull-downs allow selection of any member for a role (as long as the member has not said that they cannot attend this meeting).Clicking on a name will show a pop-up of the member’s recent activity in the club.Clicking on a role name will show a pop-up of recent activity for that role.The last three speeches and Evaluator are shown for each Speaker to guide assignment of an Evaluator for this speech.Auto assignment will make suggestions based on requirements for the role and the members’ experience but manual assignment takes priority.
In the pop-upClicking on a member’s name will change the display to show the member’s recent activity in the club.It is easy to send a personal e-mail to any member by clicking on the e-mail icon next to their name.

Agenda are created from templates managed by the club. (Typical templates are ‘three speeches’, ‘two speeches and educational’, ‘AGM’ etc) but may also be changed for each meeting.
