Goals
Mission:
Food ALIVE! will educate visitors about the vital, positive, role which mirco-organisms play in many of our foods.
Goals:
*Visitors to Food ALIVE! will learn that micro-organisms are used to create many common foods *Visitors will lean that these organisms impart desirable qualitiestothefood,suchasfluffinessorflavor *Visitors will feel more connected to the process of food creation and consumption

Food ALIVE!
Look&
FeelImages of food preparators, and a live demonstrator in the Breadbaking station will emphasize human interaction with, and control of, these foods and creatures.
Bright images of microorganisms in cheerful colors will be used to make the creatures seem friendlier and non-threatening.
Abundant tasty-looking images, aromatic smells and taste samples will help to under-score the goodness of foods made by micro-organisms.
The overall impression will be of a very clean, very modern, white kitchen, enlivened by the images of (and actual) food, brightly colored models of organisms and the orange shapes in the backgrounds of the exhibits.
