Microwave & Food Safety 101 Sample Recipe /Book link PB & Pretzel Truffle Ingredients:-1/4 cup peanut butter-1 tbsp. brown sugar-1 and 1/2 tbsp. confectioners’ sugar -3/4 cup pretzel pieces-1/3 cup dark chocolate chips -sea saltDirections: Put pretzel pieces in zip lock bag and crush into tiny pieces. Use spoon to mix together peanut butter, brown sugar, and confectioners’ sugar. Mix in crushed pretzels. In a small bowl microwave chocolate chips until melted. Use fingers to form small balls from mixture. Transfer ball to melted chocolate. Set truffle on wax paper. Sprinkle tops with sea salt. Let sit for few hours.
