It show operation log/activity log when input the file (COL LOG) from RNC MML, we can found all activity at RNC related with Operation command, result execution, user/operator, etc.

Investigate by PCHR - 1

In Best Cell ID, right click and select filter by column then input Cell ID that you want to investigate

From interface fault reason, there is UL CE congestion occurred at the cell. In this case we select cell ID 29973

From PCHR also can show the EcNo, RSCP and RTWP measurement

Mostly the problem come from UL CE Congest for cell ID 29971, 29972 and 29973
