HubSpot:
HubSpot's blogging tool helps businesses rank on search engines and attract leads. It also helps publish quality blog content optimized to drive traffic and convert readers into customers.
How to Get the Data from the Data Source:
Pull out a report from the source platform to get all clients data in one spreadsheet. Alternatively, you can provide a separate file per client.
This is How the File Template Should Be Defined:
Note, this sample file is ready for download and upload in the Import Wizard Definition.
Import Wizard Options:
• Mapping: Mark the field ‘Client’ as ‘Use for Mapping’. • Unique Fields: Mark ‘Blog Post Title’ and ‘Client’ as ‘Unique’. • Date Ranges: Choose the ‘Date Published’ field as ‘Use for Date Range’. • All Time Total Blog Views, CTA Clicks, CTA Click Rate: Mark each of these metrics
as ‘Is metric?’ as ‘True’.

Process to Upload Data: 1. Get the latest file from the source (this can be done as frequently as you choose
to). 2. Make sure the file follows the template mentioned above. 3. Decide how this data will be delivered — Scheduled (FTP, SFTP, Google Drive,
DropBox) or Manual:
• Scheduled Option o You will need to have access to an FTP, SFTP, Google Drive, or Dropbox
where the modified file from the previous section will be stored. o Rename the file to indicate the current date. For example: If today is
10/16/2016, the file name should be ‘source_date_10-16-2016.csv’ § Pro-tip: make sure that the date format here matches the date
format on your Import Wizard definition. If you set it to YYYY-MM-DD, make sure that the file reads ‘source_date_2016-10-16.csv’.
o Upload the file in the Google Drive, Dropbox, or FTP and set the location correctly in the Import Wizard set-up page.
o So long as the name-date in the naming convention is within the last 3 days if the item was already mapped — the files can be processed
• Manual Option o Select this option if you only want to send data into the system as
needed. o For this option, you do not need any FTP, SFTP, Google Drive, or Dropbox
location enabled for delivery. Instead, you will go to “Administration”, “Import Wizard” and load data into the appropriate Import Wizard Definition for Processing.
o When setting the Import Wizard, select “Delivery type” = “Manual”:
o When you are ready to load a new file, go to “Administration”, “Import
Wizard” and load data into the appropriate Import Wizard Definition for Processing:
Process to Map Data:
• If everything from above is completed correctly, you will see an arrow appear on the right hand side of the window.
• Clicking on that arrow will bring you to the Manage Services screen with a new tile for HubSpot.
• From here you follow the same steps you would for mapping a client.

Any Changes Required:
If you need to make any modifications to the Import Wizard Definition for HubSpot, you can do this by clicking ‘Edit’ in the Import Wizard area under Administration. Please note that due to data processing, only certain elements can be modified after data has started loading.
