A Twist to the HTEC Format
• HVCC and our HFO Allendale Machinery Systems wants to make this the first truly International Haas Technical Education Conference, with not only schools from the US and Canada attending, but with our location near New York, Boston and Montreal, we hope to draw and will also be inviting schools and HFO’s from Europe, Mexico, South America and Asia.
• We will also be encouraging schools attending the conference to bring at least one rep of the largest corporate employer of your students, one rep from one or more of your feeder high schools, one rep from your HFO, and a rep from your Regional Economic Development Agency to attend the HVCC HTEC in 2020.
Planned Dates for the Conference

Make HTEC a Family Affair
• Summer in Upstate New York has many attractions for vacationers. As already pointed out is Troy’s proximity to three of the great cities in North America, we are (40) minutes away from the Adirondack Park, (you can fit all five of the largest US National Parks within its boundaries), the Baseball HOF in Cooperstown, NY, the Berkshire Mountains and its many attractions in nearby Massachusetts, and the Maine, Cape Cod and Rhode Island vacation venues, along with the outdoor activities in nearby Vermont and New Hampshire are just a 1-2 hours away. All-in-all, a great summer adventure.
