Since its founding in 1984, ENERCON provides the production, construction and maintenance of wind turbines. ENERCON Services Belgium was created in 1998. We currently employ about 117 people, 52% are field technicians and 48% are employees in our offices in Gos- selies, Ham & Zedelgem. There are over 375 operational ENERCON turbines in Belgium and Luxemburg. With a small but driven team ENERCON Services Belgium BVBA masters the sales, project manage- ment and service with maintenance and repairs on the Belgian market. Tasks Implementation and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentations Acting as a Business Partner Implementation of evolution and/or adaptation of the organization: change management and HR policies Cooperation with social partners to work on various labour relation issues Management on some aspects of the recruitment process : interviews & selection, wage negociation. Participation and conduction of appraisal interviews Involvement in and management of disciplinary actions Preparation of regular reports for the headquarter and evaluation of KPI’s Provide expert advice and assistance to managers and employees on all HR related issues Supervision of the Payroll & HR Officer. Skills Master degree in an HR related field (Human Resources, Labour Sciences or Psychology, …) Maximum 10 years work experience in a similar position Experience in an SME and a first approach with blue collars is required Deep understanding and knowledge of social law, talent management & HR project management Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, flexible, results-oriented, upright and receptive Discreet, proactive, stress resistant, leadership and strong management skills Team orientation, collaborative working style Human Resources Manager karriere.enercon.de
