5. ALL EXISTING MATERIALS AND FINISHES DAMAGED DURING ALTERATIONS & RENEWAL
WORK TO BE RETURNED TO A CONDITION EQUIVALENT TO BEFORE DISTURBANCE. ALL
DAMAGED MATERIALS AND FINISHES TO BE REPLACED WITH MATCHING MATERIAL AND
FINISHES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CONSTRUCTION, SIZE, COLOUR AND FINISH.
6. ALL REQUIRED CUTTING & FITTING (INCLUDING ALL STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL AND
MECHANICAL) TO BE CONNECTED TO EXISTING WORK WITH NEW WORK TO BE

AND MAKE GOOD ALL FINISHES AS REQUIRED TO MAKE THIS WORK AS A COMPLETE JOB
(INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WORK SHOWN IN DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS).
9. ALL OPENINGS IN FIRE RATED WALLS, CEILINGS AND FLOORS TO BE RETURNED TO
EQUIVALENT CONDITION BEFORE THE OPENING AND ALL ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL

11. CONTRACTOR TO CONTACT ALL AUTHORITIES RESPONSIBLE/ INVOLVED TO
