The first quarter of 2016 has been exciting for
Huttons. We established our new partner-
ship in Indonesia, Huttons Real Estate Indo-
nesia (Huttons REI). This partnership provides
us with new opportunities for Indonesian market
as well as open up more Indonesian clients for
other Huttons Projects.
As the Agency of Choice, I am glad to share
that we continue to partner many developers to
market their new projects. We have a good
mix of residential and commercial projects,
both locally and internationally. Our local
launches, including some upcoming projects,
are Centrium Square, T-Space, Parc Life Exec-
utive Condominium, Sturdee Residences, Asa-

Huttons Real Estate Indonesia
(Huttons REI) was officially
opened on 18 February 2016 with
the opening event graced by our
Huttons Management.
Huttons REI is currently based in
Jakarta, Indonesia. With
branches planned for the rest of
the country, it aims to be the
Agency of Choice in Indonesia.

On 27 February 2016, the ground-
breaking ceremony for The Gateway took
place at its actual development site in
Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The event was
graced by his excellency Hun Manet, a
Lieutenant General of the Cambodian
Armed Forces, as well as key members of
Cambodia’s business elite. The
management team from Huttons
Singapore is proud to be an integral part
in making this ground-breaking ceremony
a great success. The event started at the
break of dawn where invited guest started
streaming in. After a brief introduction of
the development, the Ribbon cutting
ceremony was initiated followed by the
viewing of the show-suites.
