Museum Pass GuidelinesMuseum passes are available to HWPL adult resident cardholders, 18 years of age and older, with cards in good standing.

PPasses may be reserved up to 90 days in advance. Only one pass may be borrowed at a time. Patrons may have up to 3 reservations, but they must be for different museums. Passes can be reserved in person or online at hwpl.org

PPrint On Demand passes are valid ONLY for the one day printed on the pass. These POD passes are printed at the time of reservation and do not need to be returned to the library. Reserve these passes for the day of your museum visit.

PPick Up & Return passes are loaned for 3 days. They are due on the third day and must be returned to HWPL. Reserve these passes for the day before or the day of your museum visit.

FFines for late passes are $25 per day overdue. Failure to pay these charges will lead to suspension of all borrowing privileges. If lost, there will be a non-refundable charge of $50 for a lost pass in addition to all applicable overdue charges. A pass will be considered overdue until it is reported missing.

YYou are responsible for planning your trip. Be sure to check the museum’s hours before you reserve a pass or visit a museum. Not all events/exhibits are covered with the museum pass. Additional fees are your responsibility. Please contact the museum directly for more information. You must bring both the museum pass and your lilibrary card when visiting the museums.
