DESCRIPTION: The ‘IX’ is a versatile general purpose, full opening, retrievable packer that utilizes a mechanical locking system which allows the packer to hold pressure from above and below. Tension Packer Model ‘AD1’ and ‘ADL-1’ DESCRIPTION: The ‘AD1’ is a compact, economical, retrievable, tension set packer. The ‘ADL1’ is a large bore version and has the same features and benefits as the ‘AD1’. Retrievable Bridge Plug Model ‘AS’ ‘AS’ Retrievable Bridge Plug The ‘AS’ Retrievable Bridge Plug is a high pressure plug used for multiple zone and selective single zone operations such as acidizing, fracturing, cementing, or testing. The ‘AS’ plug is designed with a large internal bypass which reduces swabbing when running and retrieving. The by-pass valve closes when the plug is set and opens before releasing the upper slips when unsetting to allow pressure equalization. The by-pass is located directly below the upper slips which helps to wash debris when the by-pass is opened. The ‘AS’ plug can be set shallow in unsupported casing to allow pressure containment when working on well head equipment. DESCRIPTION: The ‘CSH is a retrievable double grip, compression set, service packer capable of holding high differential pressure from above or below. The compression weight needed to pack-off the ‘CSH’ may be stacked on the tool from above or hung from below. APPLICATIONS: The ‘CSH’ may be used as an emergency bridge plug during hazardous weather conditions. It is a quick, easy, and positive method of securing a well without having to pull the drill pipe or tubing (a back check valve system must be used to plug the tubing or drill pipe ID). Compression Set Service Packer Model ‘HD’ The ‘HD’ Packer is a heavy duty compression set, retrievable packer with upper hydraulic hold down. A full bore opening eliminates flow restriction problems. This packer is designed to hold high differential pressure from either above or below. Integral by-pass system allows circulation around the tool so cement and other material can be removed from the hole. Packer has a built in unloader which circulates across the hold down buttons to improve retrievability. APPLICATIONS: Used for stimulation, squeeze, cementing and testing operations. This tools is also compatible with retrievable bridge plugs and may be run in tandem for multiple zone operations. FEATURES: • Heavy duty construction • Hydraulic hold down • Pressure balanced mandrel hold down • Wickered or carbide insert slips and buttons • Full bore opening • Large internal by-pass • Able to hold high differential pressure Optional setting bottoms CAUTION: Before running this tool, check the pressure affected areas chart, and consider other effects to be certain that the unloader will remain closed during operation This tool is manufactured with several hardened alloy parts which may be susceptible to the corrosive action of H2S. If the presence of H2S is suspected, we recommend ordering the tool with special metallurgy. SETTING PROCEDURES: Run to setting depth. Unloader remains open while running in. Pick-up the tubing and rotate 1/4 to the right at the packer. Stack off with and set-down on the packer to set the slips, close the unloader and compress the packing elements. CAUTION: Run the tool slowly, as with any hold-down type packer, to help prevent dulling of the hydraulic buttons. RELEASING PROCEDURES: Pick-up on the tubing to open the unloader. Allowing time for the tubing and casing pressure to equalize. Continued upward movement of the tubing unsets the slips, relaxes the packing elements and automatically re-jays the packer, the tool may now be moved and reset or pulled for the well.

CAUTION: If the ‘HD’ Packer is run with a retrievable bridge plug, make sure the retrieving tool j-slot is compatible with the j-slot on the packer. Whichever, direction you release form the plug, the packer should set in the opposite direction. EXAMPLE: Left hand release packer, right hand release plug.

Utility Packer Model ‘IXS’ Injection Packer DESCRIPTION: The ‘IXS’ is a versatile, general purpose, large bore, double-grip, retrievable packer that maintains many of the features of our reliable ‘IX’ Packer. A mechanical locking system allows the packer to hold pressure from above and below. After setting, the ‘IXS’ can be left with tubing in tension, compression or neutral. APPLICATIONS: The ‘IXS’ is designed primarily for injection wells, but may also be used for production, zone isolation or remedial operations. ISOLATION PACKER MODEL ‘SNAP II’ DESCRIPTION : The ‘Snap II’ is a compression, isolation packer that is run above another packer, such as an ‘IX’ retrievable or ‘Permapak’ permanent packer. The ‘Snap II’ only requires straight set-down weight to set. The ‘Snap II’ is designed with upper slips for use where high differential pressures from below the packer are expected. The internal collet is designed to prevent pre-setting during run-in.
