The N o . 3 l e v e l c o n t i n u e d t o t h e f a u l t a t 400 f e e t f r o m t h e p o r t a l , a n d c o n s i d e r a b l e work h a s b e e n d o n e beyond t h e f a u l t . S e v e r a l h u n d r e d f e e t o f e x p l o r a t o r y work was a l so d o n e o n v e i n s b r e a k i n g away f r o m t h e m a i n v e i n , b u t t h i s l a t e r a l work i n d i c a t e s t h a t so f a r t h e v a l u e s , o t h e r t h a n i n t h e m a i n v e i n , a re too l o w t o b e p r o f it- a b l e .
The company r e a l i z e s t h a t ample t o n n a g e i s n e c e s s a r y and t h a t a l a r g e m i l l i n g c a p a c i t y is r e q u i r e d t o make t h e p r o p e r t y a s u b s t a n - t i a l p r o d u c e r , a n d t o t h a t e n d a 200- ton m i l l h a s b e e n p u r c h a s e d .

The diamond d r i l l i n g p r o g r a m on t h e Reynaud M i n e r a l C l a i m G r o u p c o n s i s t e d o f o n e d r i l l h o l e . The c o l l a r o f t h i s d r i l l h o l e was s e l e c t e d t o i n t e r s e c t t h e m a i n G o l d e n C o n t a c t V e i n a t t h e p o i n t a t w h i c h t h e v e i n crosses o n t o t h e M i r n e C l a i m .
A t o t a l o f o n e h u n d r e d and t w e n t y f e e t o f c a s i n g was d r i v e n t h r o u g h g l a c i a l t i l l c o n s i s t i n g o f l a r g e b o u l d e r s . D r i l l i n g was d o n e w i t h a JKS 300 d r i l l and c a s i n g b e g a n w i t h BW r e d u c i n g t o NW. A t 120 f e e t i n d e p t h n o o u t c r o p had b e e n i n t e r s e c t e d a n d t h e b o u l d e r s i n t h e o v e r b u r d e n c a u s e d t i g h t b i n d i n g on t h e d r i l l
