Problem

• At this moment, we are facing the fact that our business is on a downtrend because of bad rumors

about poor hygiene and unknown origin of ingredients.

• Therefore, we need to find out appropriate methods to alter the current situation for the sake of:

Improving our business of lemon tea.

Reinforcing customer belief towards our products.

Analysis

• Based on our slogan “Do the best, get belief”, we work hard to deliver best service to satisfy the

customers then gain their trust. We specially care about both physical and spiritual health of our

customers, maintain good relationship to assure that they will come to the shop next time.

• Beside proving the high standard of ingredient, we focus to create an interesting décor inside our

shop, which brings amazing experience to the customers while they are enjoying our lemon tea.

This is our own design of the shop’s name and logo:

WHY we choose this logo:

• It make our customers feel fresh and eye-catching.

• The logo reveals about main ingredients used to make a glass of lemon

tea.

• The letter “I” means:

“quality”

“belief”

It is our commitment about the quality of ingredients as well as good-for-

health service to get the belief from our customers.

• The size of our tea shop is 8x12m. (8 meters in width and 12 meters in length)

• It includes:

o Serving area 1: the largest area for serving

o Processing area: where we display ingredients and make products

o Two rooms: these are for a large group of customers who want to celebrate party or birthday

o Serving Area 2: a place with decorated walls where customers can take photos to keep happy moments

• There are totally six people operating our lemon tea shop:

My is cashier, Vi and Hung are bartenders, 2 waiters and 1 security.

• There are two reasons why we choose this kind of table:

1. It reduces the cost when we buy seat cushions instead of chairs

2. It makes our customers more comfortable when sitting and moving

PROCESSING AREA

• We display the ingredients and tools in a glass cupboard. Moreover, we separate the

Processing and Serving Area 1 by a glass wall.

By this way, the customers can witness the process of making lemon tea that it is made

from reliable ingredients, not from chemical powder.

• We just process the materials in the early stage:

Boiling an amount of tea enough for about 20 glasses of lemon tea. Because tea leave

needs long brewing time, we make tea beforehand to have the tea leaves brew best.

“Memorable Moments” is the name of the third wall

This is white paper-hanging wall with cute sticky notes where we create chances for customers to draw or write whatever they want to capture their memorable moments.

Moreover, we have the photo taking service for our customers. After taking, photos will be uploaded on

our shop’s Facebook and Twitter for customers to download and share it with their friends.

HOW WE RUN?

Products

- We serve lemon tea, tea, lemon juice and cupcakes with several flavors

- There is also take-way service for those who can not stay in our tea shop

We have the program called “SPECIAL SMILE”:

1. When customers order 10 lemon tea glasses, they can choose additional 3 small

cupcakes with free of charge.

2. The day customer coming is one of 7 days in week having their birthday, we will have

present for them.

HOW WE RUN?

Service

- We have two rooms, as introduced before, for lease. Customers can use it for

setting up small seminar, celebration, birthday party and etc.

- Twice a month, on Saturday, we hold tea chat event in which a guest

speakers invited to share their knowledge and experience for the youth in a

certain topic.

Note: Guests can be outstanding students or business people who are willing to

share with young generations.
