Once logged in, you can start saving presentations to your i3MEETINGHUB account.You can log out any time to save your presentations locally.
Click the “+ - button” to create a new presentation.

Click on “Meeting” to link the presentation on one of your phone’s calendar events. Click on the meeting you want to link. You can choose any of today’s meetings.

Click on “Keywords” to select keywords. If connected with i3MEETINGHUB your online keywords will be displayed. You can also add new keywords if none are displayed.

When linked with i3MEETINGHUB, you can choose which folder to save your i3SNAP session to “personal” or “company”.
Click on “company” if you want to save your presentation in your shared company folder.*
Click on “personal” if you want to save your presentation in your personal library.

Click the filters button to fine-tune the image.

2.1 Inviting people to an i3SNAP session.
Click “Invite people…” to find people to share the presentation with. Add participants manually or choose from the address book on your device.
Please note: If your calendar appointment contains participants, they will show up here automatically. You can add or remove participants at all times. Swipe left or touch for a few seconds to remove participants.

Type the names of the people you want to share the presentation with or click the “+ - button” to add more participants from the address book on your phone.

2.2 Live Sharing
Click on “Live Sharing” to share a live online copy of the presentation as it develops.* A code will appear. The session will remain active as long as the toggle is on. All meeting participants will automatically receive an invitation by e-mail.
Click on the code for a livepreview on your phone.
You can also invite more participants by email or share the session link via any service installed on your phone: WhatsApp, text message, Asana, Slack, e-mail, …Tip: use the live sharing* feature to navigate through your previous slides on a second screen. *Please note: Live sharing requires an i3MEETINGHUB account.

After the meeting, in the people tab, export your presentation as PDF or individual JPG images.

After choosing “Image” or “PDF”, share the snaps via “Email” or “Other”. Your email or message, will automatically contain other meeting participants, subject, and attachment(s).

3.1 Retrieving i3SNAP sessions
Optional: You can visualize and edit your presentation in i3MEETINGHUB. Go to http://www.i3meetinghub.com and register.

Click the presentation thumbnail to select it and click on “Open File” and it will open.

3.2 Post-editing i3SNAP sessions
You can now freely edit the presentation using i3MEETINGHUB’s built-in tools. Add images, sound, video, ink annotations, related documents, websites, ...
Save any changes you made. See the i3MEETINGHUB manual for more information on how to use i3MEETINGHUB and to continue collaborating on your digitized notes.
