•Bringing is assimilating a person from being an un-churched, non-believer to being a follower of Jesus Christ who is committed to the life and mission of the local church.•Changing is transforming a person, or group of people, to become increasingly mature in the Christian faith (i.e. more like Christ) brought about by a submission to the guidance and leading of the Holy Spirit through Scripture.

•Training is the equipping of a person to support the mission of the local church with a special focus on disciple-making through evangelism and mentoring.•Sending is the commissioning of a person, or group of people, to engage un-churched, non-believers as part of the mission of Jesus Christ.
