Manoj has more than 15 years of project execution and delivery experience with healthcare, banking, mort-gage, telecommunication and hospitality industries. He has expertise setting up long term strategy and tac-tical solutions for CRM, technical and process improvement projects. Manoj has applied lean six sigma and improvement techniques such as kaizen events, 5s, Value Stream Mapping and Business Process Reengineer-ing for several clients.Manoj has BE in Electronics Engineering from India and MBA in International Business with specialization in China and Japan form Portland State University, USA. He is PMP certified professional, ITIL certified and Six Sigma Black Belt Certified from American Society for Quality.

Being involved in numerous clients personally and various large corporate projects professionally, Rishi has an experience for over 9 years in managing focus groups, team work, and access to the bigger picture.Rishi is PMP (Project Management professional) certified with MSc (IT) and has a full resume of projects that he has personally been involved in. In addition he writes technical blogs on all things relating to software development, web development, outsourcing etc. at various tech blogging websites.

He qualified for the Chartered Accountants of India examination in the year 1988 and is amongst the young-est ever to qualify CA at the age of 20 years. He is a Graduate of Delhi University from SRCC and has a post qualification experience of about 21 years.His expertise is in Statutory and Internal Audits, Taxation & Corporate Consultancy. He also specializes in advising growing entrepreneurial businesses across a variety of industry sectors, which include property, construction, financial services and professional partnerships in IT.
