Modifying, Downloading, and Playing Shows and EffectsBydefault,iColorPlayerisconfiguredtoplaythebuilt-inColorWasheffectwithanintervalof30seconds.Inaddition,theinstalledmicroSDcardcontainsashow,DEFAULT.SHO,whichplaysaChasingRainboweffectwitha10-secondduration.

WhenconnectedtoiColorPlayerfromColorPlay3,youcanusetheConfigurationtabtomodifyeffectsettings,downloadacustomshow,andchangewhatiColorPlayerplays(thecurrenteffectsettings,thedownloadedshow,ornothing).

►Tomodifybuilt-ineffectsettingsandplaythemodifiedeffect:1. ClicktheControllerSettingstab.2. Ifcurrentlysettoplaytherenderedshowornothing,double-clickthePlay

5. Whenyou’vefinishedmodifyingeffectproperties,clicktheCopyConfigurationtoControllerbuttontodownloadtheeffectsettingstoiColorPlayer.

6. DisconnectColorPlay3fromiColorPlayerbyclickingDisconnectatthetopoftheConfigurationtab.

7. Toplaythemodifiedeffect,connecttheiColorPlayerUSBcabletotheUSBpowersupply,andplugitintoapoweroutlet.

E Do not disconnect iColor Player from the computer when connected to ColorPlay 3, or the system will not function properly. Instead, click the Disconnect button on the Configuration tab to disconnect ColorPlay 3 from iColor Player., then disconnect iColor Player from the computer.

Controlling Two- and Three-Channel iW FixturesTwo-channeliWfixtures,suchasiWGrazePowercoreandiWBlastPowercore,useonechannelofwarmwhiteLEDsandonechannelofcoolwhiteLEDstoproducearangeofcolortemperatures.Three-channelfixtures,suchasiWCoveMXPowercoreandiWBlastPowercore,addachannelofneutralwhiteLEDsforgreaterprecisionincolortemperatureandcolormixing.

Forcompatibilitywithtwo-channeliWfixtures,three-channelfixturesareconfiguredtoaccepttwochannelsofdatainputbydefault.Ifathree-channeliWfixturehasbeenconfiguredtooperateinthree-channelmode,useQuickPlayProaddressingandconfigurationsoftwaretoputthefixturesintwo-channelmodebeforeusingtheFixedWhiteeffect.Thetwochannelsofdatainputareautomaticallymappedtothefixture’sthreeLEDchannels.

Tocontrolthelightoutputofthree-channeliWfixturesinthree-channelmode,usetheFixedColoreffect,orauthoracustomshowinColorPlay3.ThewarmchannelmapstoRed,theneutralchanneltoGreen,andthecoolchanneltoBlue.
