Objective 5.2: eJustice Services
Scope:• As part of the eJustice action• Modernise the judicial system in Europe• To achieve interoperability between existing
national judicial systems• To complement actions launched by DG
JLS/IDABC and by MS
eJustice Pilot
Characteristics:• Common specifications for an interoperability
layer and for common building blocks • Building blocks for the cross-border
interoperability layer of the e-Justice services reusable by all
• The pilot must collaborate and reuse results of previous CIP ICT PSP Pilots, in particular the pilot will reuse results from STORK, PEPPOL
• Compliance with the EU legal framework• The chosen solutions must be non-discriminatory,
generally available and interoperable
