In this room I really enjoy how asymmetrical it is. The balance is way off which gives it a strange but open feel at the same time. The focal point is drastic with the emphasis on

the lines.

This room is very interesting to me. I don’t really enjoy the color or the symmetrical set up. The light is sort of creepy to me, but it does make the texture pop out.

I find this space to be gorgeous. The visual weight is nicely proportioned in the room. I’m not sure if it is or not, but the wood seems to be like it could be organic. With

bamboo flooring and head rest. It is one of my favorite photo’s.

Rectilinear is the first thing I see in this photo. The form from the tile to the chairs, and rug to dining table make it work well. The room seems a little tight for space, but the set

up is done well.

Radial balance and curvilinear is most of this photo. Geometric is also a major part of this space. I really enjoy the very modern and chic Rhythm in this room.

The contrast in this presentation board is not the best, but the pattern is classy and fun for a twins room. I enjoy how it’s not an enclosed board. It seems to be set up and finished

very nicely.

The cabinetry and solid patterns make this floor plan better then it how it is already set up. It looks like dark cherry wood with the deep green colors are very welcoming.

Tactile is a good form in the set up as well.

The line in this kitchen is very horizontal, and the texture on the rock is rough. The counter tops are sleek and smooth with a clean vibe.

The scale and proportion in the floor plan model is nicely done. The all black backdrop is too much and I’m not sure if clients will actually enjoy that.

This house thrives off a lot of harmony. It appears to be very cozy and a sense of comfort. The rooms seem to be very angular and spacious which is always good for a

client, and to work with as well.

Bobbi, thank you, thank you, thank you. You have been an INCREDIBLE person to me throughout this semester. You are so understanding and are willing to help no matter what the occurance may be. I am so grateful I got the opportunity to meet you and having you there for me has honestly been a blessing. But besides that…I guess I will now critique you, haha.

I know I had a specialized calendar but the assignments were ideal. The readings weren’t too much and the assessments were perfect to follow up with. Overall I think that the assignments were simple but necessary for our understandings. Your instructions and communication were very thorough. If I was to have a question all I had to do was email you and you would get back with me usually within the same day which made it very convenient. My two favorite assignments would have to be the terms because it made me understand them better, and the virtual tour was really fun to do. My two least favorite were the assessments mostly because they were time consuming, and also the chapter 13 summary because I fell behind and never got a chance to get to that one. In this class I have learned that interior design is no longer for me. It will always be something I enjoy to do but it is not my passion. I’ve learned how to do so many different things in this field that can hopefully help me out in the near future. I would have enjoyed taking this course in a classroom for sure. It was definitely convenient doing it on my own time, but for the learning aspect I think I would have gotten more out of it in person. The positives of this class was to figure out the material on my own, while at the same time that was a negative because I was second guessing myself multiple times during some assignments wondering if I was doing something correct. The videos and cd I would say weren’t more or less helpful. I was nice to mix it up though and not have to read but I felt I got the same information both ways. I took this class because at the time this is what I wanted to do with my life. This was not my first online class and my major is now back to criminal justice. Thank you again Bobbi for all your help. You are a great person!
