Heart Rate monitors can also be added to see how hard the student is working, and to be able to keep track of their heart rate each and every class.

This system can also be used with students who have adaptive needs in a regular size Physical Education class!

Bouncing basketballs on the boards, punching the boards can all be incorporated in an adaptive setting.
