The meeting held at the Conference hall of District &. Sessions .Judge, Kamrup (M), Guwahati,on 31.03.2018, at 9.30 a.m., under the chairmanship of District & Sessions Judge, Kamrup (M),Guwahati, as per the order, dated 05.08.2013, passed in W.P. (C) No. 4299 of 2006, by the Hon'bleGauhati High Court and in terms of notification No. 65, dated 30.07.2012, issued by the Hon'ble HighCourt.

RESOLUTION.It is discussed that the delay in submission of charge-sheet causes delay in execution of

warrants and summons, which in turn causes delay in disposal. It is resolved that mobile phonenumbers and other relevant details of witnesses and Investigating Officers are to be furnished in thecharge-sheet. A team will be constituted to look after early execution of warrants and service ofsummons.

RESOLUTION.Discussed. It is specially observed that in the matters related to the POCSO cases, undue

delay causes in submitting the charge-sheets. The Commissi~ner of Police has assured to speed upthe filing of charge-sheet in a time bound manner.

handed over to the Commissioner of Police, Guwahati for consideration.

RESOLUTION.The Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup (M) ensures that he w.ill take initiative to see that the Jail

inmates get proper medical treatments. CPJ ensures to provide escort timely to take the Jail inmatesto the Guwahati Medical College.
