Call the police on 999 – if you don’t want to make a noise when you ring, you can dial 999 then 55 and they will help you silently.

Contact a worker who you trust to listen and support. If you think this might happen, why don’t you plan ahead and create a safety plan. The attached

document overleaf will be able to help you to do this. There are also a range of teams available to support you through this difficult time:
