Implementation of the LR Activities for CY 2019

In pursuance to an Unnumbered Regional Memorandum dated February 13, 2019, re: "Planning Conference of Education Program Supervisors In-Charge of the Learning Resource Management and Development Section (LRMDS) on the Implementation of the LR Activities for CY 2019", Mrs. Robiños is hereby directed to attend the said conference to represent the Learning Resource Manager on February 15, 2019 (8:OOAM-5:OOPM) at the LRMDC Office, DepEd Regional Office Xl, F. Torres St., Davao City.

2. The participants are advised to present their accomplishments in CY 2018 highlighting their best practices and their plan of actions/activities for CY 2019 through a powerpoint presentation.

3. Food of the participants shall be charged against ROP Funds 2018, while travelling expenses shall be charged against the local funds, all subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

Relative to the delivery of the plans and activities of the Learning Resource Management and Development Center (LRMDC) in the Region, and Schools Division Offices, this Office informs the conduct of the Planning Conference of Education Program Supervisors in-charge of the Learning Resource Management and Development Section (LRMDS) on the implementation of the LR activities for CY 2019 on February 15, 2019 (8:00am-5:00pm) at the LRMDC Office, DepEd Regional Office XI, F. Torres St., Davao City.

2. The Schools Division LR Managers are advised to present their accomplishments in CY 2018 highlighting their best practices and their plan of actions/activities for CY 2019 through a powerpoint presentation.

3. Food of the participants shall be charged against ROP Funds 2018, while travelling expenses shall be charged against the local funds, all subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

4. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to the concerned is desired.
