Medium of instruction is English only.
IIBM Institute | How to Apply Application form attached with the prospectus must be filled up in Capital Letters. A
photocopy of the relevant certificates should be attached to the application form at the time of
admission. Application for admission along with the prescribed fee by DD or Cheque drawn in
favor of “IIBM Institute of Business Management” payable at New Delhi/Meerut should reach
the institute before the last date given in the application form. A covering letter mentioning the
purpose remittance of any fees should accompany the DD. Furnish correct address with PIN
code to ensure proper delivery of letters. Change of address must be intimated to the institute
without delay. The necessary fee must be paid along with the application form for
consideration of the admission. Students should write on the reverse side of the DD his/her
name and the name of the study they propose to join.

Step 1 Download the application form from the website or E-mail sent to you. Step 2 Fill the application form and cheque /DD In favor of “IIBM INSTITUTE OF
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT” payable at Meerut/New Delhi. Step 3 Fill in the form legibly in CAPITAL letters. Avoid overwriting. Step4 Leave space between parts of Name, Father’s Name, etc. Do not write Mr., Mrs., Shri,
Kum., etc. before any name. Step 5 Please send the scan copies of your application form and cheque /DD at E-mail
ID provided By Counselor of IIBM and Cc to Registration department at [email protected]
Step6 Choose and fill your course name and electives from the list of available courses

and number of electives very carefully. Step7 Incomplete admission forms without supporting documents will be rejected.
IIBM Institute | Learning Material The institute has developed high quality learning material which provides in-depth knowledge
of the subject to the students. The institute would dispatch the study material as per students’
course schedule. Any student who does not receive the study material must contact the institute
at the earliest.
Student Outside India - Additional charges would be applicable for the students residing out of India. An additional amount of Rs. 8,000/-per semester is applicable for all such candidates.
IIBM Institute | e –Learning Material Institute would provide e- dash board to all its students at www.iibmonline.in . The dash board
consists of highly researched and enriched e-Learning content as a supplementary learning
methodology to improve the understanding of concepts there by bridging the knowledge gap.
IIBM Institute provides e- Learning material to the students so that the students have ease
in studying even when they are travelling. They would not require carrying the books in
case they are travelling abroad or anywhere in the country due to any work. Through the
username & Password , student can open and read Learning Material.
Note: - For few electives e - learning material is under development. Candidates would be required to study through books/ learning material in that case.
IIBM Institute | Credit Based System This facility is designed for the students who have practical knowledge of the subjects and
believe that they may complete the course successfully at fast pace. Credits are available for
work experience & Practical Knowledge of Student. This is a golden opportunity for working

IIBM Institute |Online Faculty Guidance IIBM Institute provides online guidance to all its registered students.
Students may contact our knowledgeable faculty members for any query related to any
Subject & all Courses run by IIBM Institute via emails. In addition to this, if candidate have any
query regarding the course, study material or any other guidance required during the course tenure, he / she can email to the administration department and the queries would be re-solved within 48 working hours.
IIBM Institute |Online Examination Examination shall be conducted semester wise; there are two semesters in one year course and
four semesters in two years course. Detailed schedule of the examination will be conveyed to
the students well in advance. The examination pattern will be available in management
workbook provided to the students. IIBM offers online examination to the students. 15
IIBM Institute | Declaration of Result
Examination result will be publish after 45 days of attempt of exams, the statement of marks
would be send to students stating the marks detail attained by the students in each subject,
subject to clearance of exams.
IIBM Institute | Examination Passing Criteria After successful completion of the course, certificate with grades and the marks list will be
sent to the students after obtaining overall pass in the examination. Candidates are required
to submit the answer sheets of each semester in one go otherwise they would be declared
fail in the particular subject.
Minimum Marks required for qualifying in each paper : 45%
Minimum Marks required for qualifying in overall(aggregate) : 50%

The student will be graded on the basis of aggregate marks obtained as under:-

IIBM Institute | Fee Deposit Students will be required to pay the fees one time in lumsum or installments basis as per convenience to IIBM through Demand draft drawn in favor of “IIBM institute of Business Management” payable at New Delhi/Meerut when intimated. Late payment charges of Rs 500/- would be application in case candidate do not pay the
fee on due date. The change of address, if any, should be communicated immediately by
the candidates, mentioning their name, course and registration number on administration
department through mail.
IIBM Institute | Examination Fees An examination fee of Rs. 250/- for each paper has to be remitted, by DD drawn in favor of
“IIBM Institute of Business Management” payable at New Delhi/Meerut when intimated.
Students who fail in particular paper(s) must reappear for the same in the subsequent
examination by remitting an amount of Rs. 250/- for each paper.
