Project Statement

Week 3 Project Statement Background I am creating an info graphic about the layers of a bullet to show how it is constructed and the thoughtful improvements that “have been” made. This is a .223 round that I added simple features to showing what it would look like if Remington did create a more efficient round. Target Audience My target audience is in fact the same as my client and gun enthusiasts all over. This info graphic can be used to motivate Remington and other ammunition companies to create better bullets. It would help show how our the new bullet works and increase sales. Objectives I would like if people were able see what I am saying about this type of bullet and maybe can pick up on the idea of making these features possible for all rounds. Obstacles One big obstacle for my info graphic is the people that don't agree with guns to begin with. Many people think that bullets shouldn't exist or be released to the public at all which would kill any reason to know about ammunition. Key Benefit I think one benefit of reading this article would be in safety. I will be touch on how heat and combustion(impact) effect a bullet and that this bullet helps get away from that. There is also the benefit to Remington incase they aver do make these changes. Support Statement/ Reasons Why Gun safety plays hand in hand with the reasons ammunition should be handeled with care. It pays to know about the weapon you are going to handle or come into contact with. Yes it is a fact that a person may never come across a weapon or its ammunition ever in theire life, but if they do I think everyone agrees it is better that they are safe, know what they are dealing with, and how to handle it. Tone I will be giving an authoritative perspective with this orientation to show the benefits of a better bullet. Media As I mentioned I can see this info graphic appearing in magazines. Creative Considerations This is a possibility for Remington if they do somehow increase the elements of their round.

With new technology we have improved the overall function of our .223 round. Better elements have created a more sturdy and balanced bullet which increases accuracy and far less chance of a gun jamming. Remington
