SHELTER. The first encounter that sets a good tone without neglecting convenience for the guest who can stop sheltered from

the rain or sun. IL CEPPO offers five versions for single gates of width from 90 cm to 150 cm, and double gates of width from

240 cm to 360 cm. Also available separately are the trusses only, complete with support for customized versions.

VARIOUS OPTIONS FOR USE

The Iseo gate shelter comes in five different versions, for single gates of width from 90 cm to 150 cm and double gates of width from 240 cm to 360 cm. All the components for customized versions are also available.

Charming and durable, SUELOSOL flooring is made of ashwood, and thermal treated at 215°C, which as well as making it

extremely hardwearing, enhances the wood grain giving it a unique and inimitable pigmentation.

SUELOSOL comes in floor tiles or in floorboards fixed in position

using a stainless steel stop clip for customised creations.

The ADDY box is suitable for all the models of octagonal

swimming pools (standard or long version) and is provided

with a floor and a lid with safety system to stop its falling,

so that children can not remove it.

TECHNICAL NOTE

Electrical standards require the installation of a safety switch on the lid of the box so that the current is cut off whenever the lid is removed. The installation of this component must be done by a qualified technician.

TECHNICAL NOTEThe filtration plant of the rectangular swimming pool PIR48B is of sand type capacity 15 m3/hour. The dimensions of the plant are too large for the Addy box, so it is advisable to use a box which can be chosen from the relevant pages.

models are constructed from alder, the door in toughened glass of

THE GARDEN SHEDS blend harmoniously into

the green of the garden, with all the natural ele-

gance of wood, but more importantly, they sol-

ve the problems of space, making it possible

to keep basements, utility rooms and garages

unencumbered and available for other uses.

THE GARDEN SHEDS can satisfy any practi-

cal need such as the storage of equipment, of

wood or the car, but they can also be used

for more personalised purposes becoming

pleasant alternative rooms for cultivating one’s

hobbies.

THE GARDEN SHEDS are offered in fir wood

with two different types of protection, impre-

gnated under pressure RAL 3 or protected with

water-based pigmented primer. Available in

different dimensions and models, they are sup-

plied with flooring in kit, the roof is waterproo-

fed with Canadian tiles. The used construction

technique makes it possible to assemble sim-

ply and quickly using just a few screws.

The series of Village garden sheds are produced with higher quality components, all the models are impregnated under

pressure, the roof is waterproofed with Canadian tiles and supplied with galvanised metal gutters in dark brown Colour. The

wood protection of the Village series of garden sheds is of course guaranteed for a period of 10 years.

WINDOW PIÙWindow Più comes with all the Village garden sheds. The windows of Window

Più could be “pulling” inwards or “pushing” outwards opened on request.

The designers of IL CEPPO have prepared a series of accessories: GUTTERS, covers, pipes,

etc. in galvanised metal sheet, Colour brown, for better finishing and protecting all types of

construction.

This type of cover guarantees excellent waterproofing and thanks to the cells throughout the

length of each sheet, no condensation is produced due to humidity. The cover in cellular

polycarbonate also has the advantage of allowing light to filter through at the same time

offering some shade; the Colour used is actually a pleasant shade of smoke-grey.

TECHNICAL NOTEFor reasons of climate or aesthetics it is also possible to install our structures on sloping ground. In the case of waterproof covers, it is necessary to remember that static cal-culations must be done for all the models which must be positioned with a minimum slope 5% for polycarbonate, 5% for match-board plus waterproof sheathing and 20% for the matchboard with Canadian tiles.

LACQUERING

All the standard finished products have an identification plate, while the sections of dimensions greater than 34 mm have a RAL quality metal label. In the case of cut to size constructions* where, due to cuts and butts, there are no identification clips, it should need require to the dealer the guarantee certificate.The certificate will be sent directly to the final customer by the IL CEPPO company.IL CEPPO products impregnated under pressure and having a RAL plate are covered by 10 year’s guarantee, the guarantee will cover defects due to material weathered by micro-organisms and corrosions.

The guarantee is valid under the following conditions:• The products have been used and installed in a workmanlike way in accordance

with the assembly instructions.• The use and maintenance instructions have been carefully followed.• The sections have been used in accordance with the class of use shown on the

RAL metal clip.• The sections have not been planed, smoothed, sawn or milled longitudinally.• The sections have not been installed near mulch.• The foundations supporting the sections cemented into the ground have been

done in a workmanlike way and allow drainage of water.• The guarantee doesn’t include labour costs and any direct or indirect damages.

The IL CEPPO company will replace the piece under guarantee, with an identical or similar piece, provided that it has a RAL metal label and documentation proving purchase such as a receipt or invoice.The documentation together with the damaged or spoiled piece must be sent to the company IL CEPPO Srl, Via dell’Olma n° 12 I42012 Campagnola E. The Protective Treatment

IL CEPPO has always protected its products with impregnation treatment in autoclaves.The wood treatment is done inside a large hermetically sealed cylindrical container in three stages:• Initial creation of a vacuum.In this first stage the pressure is greatly reduced to remove all the air possible from within the wood cells.• Pressurisation and mineralization.After the vacuum stage, the cylindrical container is filled with an impregnating liquid under high pressure (about 12 bars) for a pe-riod depending on the characteristics of the type and the cross section of the wood to be treated.• Final vacuum stage and draining.This last stage requires the creation of another vacuum to remove the excess liquid from the wood. The entire protective treatment process, which is completely automatic, is done under the direct control of the computer of the data processing centre which, for each load, produces a report in which all the stages of the pro-cess are recorded.These reports, which are duly filed away, make it possible to veri-fy compliance with RAL instructions at a much later date.

The Impregnation Salts

The impregnation salts used by the companies recognised by the RAL consortium, are exclusively those certified by the Institute of Building Technology of Berlin (DIBt). IL CEPPO, in accordance with its precise undertaking regarding protection of the environ-ment, has gone way beyond the traditional treatments by using only the environment-friendly recognised salts, completely chro-mium and arsenic-free. The protection given by impregnation of salts under pressure is a process of adjustment and adaptation of the wood’s properties for its new functions. A wood with very compact fibre (grown naturally in very cold areas) will allow a not so much deep impregnation compared to what is required by a wood with wide fibre: it is clear, however, that the protective effect is the same against the aggressive action of atmospheric agents, micro-organisms and insects.

Quality RecognitionAfter thorough examinations carried out at the Deutsches Institut für Gütesicherung und Kennzeichnung e.V., the German Institute for Guaranteed Quality (Gütegemeinschaft Imprägnierte Holzbau-elemente e. V.) has granted IL CEPPO permission to use the RAL trade-mark.

The Ral trade-markguarantees the correct impregnation of the wood with careful ob-servance of the instructions issued by the institute itself and che-cked directly by inspections carried out on impregnation plants and product samples taken periodically in the certified companies.

in solid wood and laminate wood of excellent quality,

carefully selected and processed pursuant to the full

guarantee ensured by the brand Il Ceppo.

The beams in laminate wood are manufactured ac-

cording to the DIN 1052-1 grade “A” directives of

the Institute for construction technique in Berlin and

the EN 386 European regulation. To cover most of its

wood demand, Il Ceppo addresses the Scandina-

vian producers in Sweden, Norway and Finland who

cut and process wood in full compliance with the

very strict laws enforced in such countries to safe-

guard reforestation. Technical quality, the protection

of the environment and aesthetic research are the

guidelines followed by the Il Ceppo programme.

Technical quality is always ensured by the UNI EN

ISO 9001 VISION 2000 procedures concerning

design and the manufacturing process, the com-

pliance with the solidity and safety requirements

set by the EN1176 regulation, tested and certifi ed

through the TUV quality label (recognised in all LINE-

APARCO toys). The protection of the environment is

expressed by the UNI EN ISO14001 environmen-

tal certi� cation. The focus on design and func-
