Oloplast Group JSC is a shareholders` company with location and administration

address: Pirdop, 15 Tsar Osvoboditel Street. The company has its council of directors for

a three-year term, with the following members: IVAN GEORGIEV PANKOV –

PRESIDENT, TONYA PENKOVA NENOVA – DEPUTY, AND DAMIAN DIMITROV

NENOV – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

Oloplast Group JSC is a successor of Oloplast Ltd. Pirdop, registered in 1997, entered in

the trading corporations register, volume 29, page 170, lot 1816, on company affair No:

II.Subject of activity

*Production, repairing and maintenance of lead and plastic articles, structures and

equipment. Fabrication and installation of coatings from plastic and lead sheets for

equipment working in radioactive and aggressive environment.

*Production and reconstruction of big-sized friction bearings.

*Design, delivery and installation of steel structures.

*Complex repairing activities in the industry.

*Manufacturing and installation of steel and plastic pipelines for fluids and gases.
