Flexible, lightweight LED curtains are the ideal medium for classic starry sky stage backdrops, colourful venue masking and decoration, star tunnels and walls, and animated video panels. When diffused with semi-transparent fabrics, the twinkling stars take on a subtle glow for a variety of soft lighting effects.

The white lights of the ShowLED Classic recreate a realistic night sky. The ShowLED Chameleon system offers the full colour spectrum. The most advanced ShowLED Animation system features LEDs that can be individually controlled as pixels to create low to medium resolution still images, video loops and flash animations. ShowLED Waterproof is custom designed and developed to fulfill the requirement of a water, wind, dust and UV proof solution.The blindingly bright ShowLED Hybrid system can be used in a large range of setups far beyond fabrics or nettings. It is blindingly bright on stage and suitable for outdoor daytime use.ShowLED components are available for every fabric surface and application. SHOWLED WORKSHOPShowLED, founded in Belgium, is now a U.A.E.-based company specialised in the design and development of electronic solutions for the entertainment business.

ShowLED curtains are hand made to order in our Sharjah workshop. The highly skilled craftsmen and women in our manufacturing department confection and finish the curtains according to exact customer specifications.

Years of experience in producing starcloths for all types of applications, locations, and to the high quality level our customers have grown to expect mean that we can confection curtains in every possible finishing, shape or size.

We manufacture and test all our starcloths in a workspace measuring more than 2000 sqm. This way we have enough room to work on different curtains at the same time and we can handle curtains with sizes up to 150 sqm simultaneously.

Using new technology we can place LED’s in any custom design or special shape. For a true starlight backdrop effect, a random LED placement is still the best standard.

In our technical department expert electricians and engineers test and develop improvements and new features for our LEDs and controllers. We strive to continuously innovate our ShowLED systems.

By staying in tune with our customers and their needs we are able to quickly implement real solutions for all ShowLED starcloth applications.

SHOWLED CLASSICImagine a vast night sky that stretches out into the night. A sparkling constellation to decorate and frame beautiful performances and special events. The ShowLED Classic system combines bluish-white LEDs with standard IFR PES Molton curtains for a dynamic star backdrop. Classic components can also be integrated into any other fabric or surface. With 8 output channels, the Classic controller is DMX compatible and offers two DMX modes, control of preset chases including minimum and maximum intensity, chase speed, and pattern behavior or full control of each individual output channel.

Classic systems have a stand-alone feature and are truly plug and play. The controller can be programmed manually with the option of saving the settings directly to the controller. When linked together several connected drapes can be controlled simultaneously, if required fully synchronised.

SHOWLED CHAMELEONWhat’s the colour of fun?

The ShowLED Chameleon RGB LED starcloth system has the same features as the ShowLED Classic, but with stars in every colour. With its simple menu structure and LCD display, the controller is programmable at a glance.

Choose from colour changes, twinkling effects, and chases, offering the full colour spectrum. Chameleon starcloths are easily DMX controlled. Chameleon components can also be integrated into any fabric or surface. It has 8 output

channels with a maximum of 256 LEDs per controller. Given the standard density of around 5.5 LEDsper sqm(randomly placed), one controller can run a starcloth surface of up to 100 sqm.

By linking several controllers together in master-slave configuration, multiple panels become one giant setup.

SHOWLED ANIMATIONThe dynamic ShowLED Animation system lets you create video wall effects with flexible, lightweight drapes. Display low to medium resolution still images, video loops and flash animations as a backdrop to performances and special events or make the Animation curtains the star of the show. The randomly positioned LEDs are also ideal for more traditional starcloth effects.LEDs can be individually controlled as pixels for superb picture quality. Animation components can be integrated into any fabric or surface.

The easy to install Animation system features RGB LEDs on thin socket cables mounted with hook and loop fasteners.

Individual images can be configured across countless attached drapes with single control to produce giant animated surfaces.

ShowLED Waterproof is fully compatible with the existing ShowLED Animation controllers and software, the ease of use and flexibility is not only maintained, but upgraded to another level.

The request for outdoor LED applications with video control options, fixed but certainly temporary installs, led to another ShowLED in-house development of LED strings, cabling and connectors. It wouldn’t have been a ShowLED product if it was not a custom designed and developed chain of components to fulfill the requirement of a water, wind, dust and UV proof solution.

The IP X7-rated version of the Animation LED strings, in combination with a rugged high tech netting, is ready to resist the most severe weather conditions (rain, snow and burning sun). In combination with other outdoor fabrics, like PVC mesh or banner drape, creative minds can explore new boundaries.

Extensive changes had to be made to the existing indoor Animation LED strings. Water and UV proof cabling, moulded connectors and switching to an SMD RGB LED were required.

To keep the wide viewing angle and the excellent RGB colour mixing of the indoor version, a new lens was developed and applied to the moulded LED sockets. All of that conform the EN 60529:1991 + A1:2000 standards and with a fully certified IP X7 rating!

SHOWLED ANIMATION HYBRIDThe latest addition to the Animation product range is the Hybrid. Certified waterproof, UV protected, extra powerful, energy efficient, cost effective,... Hybrid. The Animation Hybrid is both waterproof (IP65) and highly UV resistant. It is blindingly bright on stage and suitable for outdoor daytime use, but more subtle thanks to the active colour

correction and white balance adjustability.

Designed for the biggest setup possible, yet still a very budget-friendly solution (low maintenance, storage, installation, and transport cost). The Animation Hybrid system can be used in a large range of setups far beyond fabrics or nettings. Easy wall-mounting is possible through its versatile clips, and the housing is robust enough to fit

aluminum frames or to be clipped upon steel wires.

LED lens, socket moulding, cabling, connectors,... no expenses have been saved to warrant outdoor use for longer periods of time. The Hybrid is conform the EN 60529: 1991 + A1: 2000 standards and is fully certified IP65 rated.

Wondering which video content works and how to transfer it? Simply feed it a video signal, it works just as a monitor!
