HERITAGE FIELDS El Toro Air Force Base was sold to a development company for residential homes, commercial !areas and the Great Park Project. Our client tapped Imagin to create a theme, logo and collateral !to be used as a sales presentation kit for Lennar.

From bean fields on the Irvine Ranch, decades of military occupation and now onto ecologically friendly park use, Imagin took it back to the beginning – the land itself. We let its history shape our designs for this presentation.

And, created custom leather laptop bomber-style flight bags and 3-ring binders, history-filled divider pages, note pads, leather mouse pads and rare wood pens. And, as parting gifts for our client: a framed picture, wrapped in eco-friendly brown paper, feathers and raffia showcased a “Flying Bull” base patch designed by Walt Disney for MCAS El Toro in 1944.

Imagin transformed this little franchise with a brand image they could build from, and !a take-home brochure for their customers.

ACTION KIDS FITNESS CENTER AKFC came to us with little more than !a logo and a lot of hard work.

”I NEED” CAMPAIGN This mailer was designed to be pulled apart by product panels into smaller mailers as well as this !large five-panel roll fold. As a multi-tactic campaign, it generated over 10,000 responses.

• Total system response rate of 3.5% (Difference in churn) • HSI version response rate 7.8% in CA. Also ran in NV with a 9% response rate. • CTAM SoCal GPA Winner!

“GET INTO THE GAME” BILLBOARD Shooting our model in jammies and slippers before the game was easy. Getting the perfect Home Run, standing ovation and fireworks shot for the background was incredibly lucky! Photo shoot at the stadium during the Angels game. This billboard ran for 6 months at the Big A, promoting Adelphia HD.

ESPN 360 MAILER We love it when our clients give us just an offer and a few programmer shots, and let us just do our thing. This was one of those pieces. We picked up on the surf/skate vibe and ran with it in a clean !pallet of vivid colors.

CAS CORPORATE ID PACKAGE When CAS came to us, they needed a brochure, letterhead and business cards pronto to promote their large list of services the company provided. We listed the services as a graphic element, and used weather shots to continue the aviation theme.

ON DEMAND LAUNCH FOR COX ORANGE COUNTY Designed to look like a video store in your home, this multi-tactic campaign including a double pop-up mailer, mobile billboards, mall signage, bill inserts and newspaper ads.

• Average buy rate before campaign: 10.75% • Average buy rate during campaign: 23.33% • HBO stream increased by 66,667

WANTED AD Using target marketing tactics, Adelphia wanted to direct "niche" product to target areas. Utilizing gay oriented programming such as "Queer as Folk" and "The L Word, we targeted a print campaign utilizing gay publications to areas of high gay concentration such as the West Hollywood area in our service area.

Results We ran several weeks of locally targeted newspaper ads in several Gay oriented publications utilizing targeted message tracks and gay oriented product. An article about our local targeted marketing was written up by Frontier Publication and Multi-Channel News. Our ad generated 200+ calls for new service.

DISTURBINGLY-ADORABLE “DEXTER” LAUNCH FOR SHOWTIME® For Dexter, we wanted to create a “twisted, babyish” feel to introduce Dexter's new Son, !Harrison. We achieved this by using typical baby motif…but in an unexpected way. And, !red text on a blue background fit the bill to help us create that perfect, uneasy feeling, !and still kept it clean and fresh!

EDUCATION DOESN’T END…(CTAM SOCAL GPA 2nd. Place) This Back-to-School pop-up campaign gained a 3.55% response rate.

Total RGUs generated 12,273. RGU’s per sub: 1.4 Subs that took 1 RGU: 70%. Subs that took 2 RGUs: 19% Subs that took 3 RGUs: 11%, Subs that took HSD: 72%
