These ironing table was created according to the motto„The vacuum decides - the price is right“Our aim was to maintain and improve our high standard of production and engineering and all this with a modern fresh design for an extremely low price, a development of the STUDIO LINE 110. The result we achieved is remarcable:Our new STUDIO LINE IV boards are not only good-looking but they satisfy through their:- functionality- strong vacuum- very good quality using rust-free materials- great numbers of intelligent solutions of details - Siliconat 2000 / S-POR paddings - air-outlet fi lter system- very good price-performance relation

All these items you should demand from a good ironing table. We can offer it: The vacuum is so strong that you can add a swivel arm device with more than 50 different ironing bucks. A new air fi lter regulates the air outlet without affecting the vacuum and cleans the air from any dust particals.Padding:BLUE-FOAM S-POR already standard - no felt. padding on which we grant a 3-years guarantee.

The fi rst machines in the line are as usual not the sewing machines, but a small fusing machine, as described before, and/or two ironing stations für small parts. These ironing tables should have a swivel arm with either a curved seam buck or an egg buck. We will concentrate only on three types of bucks, as they are made in such a way that they can be used for almost every ironing process. From our main catalogue you can see that Impulsa is producing app. 100 different bucks. Nevertheless one buck is mostly suffi cient for our purposes here. The excellent characteristics of our bucks allow you to use them for more than one purpose.The basic device is here an ironing station, which should have a very strong vacuum. We would prefer here a fl at top ironing table with/or without a swivel arm. Here we can choose between:

We reached already the end of our sewing line. The garment here is almost ready, all we need now is a good fi nish to give a good shape, before packing and delivering the garment to the customer. As we already ironed the smaller parts, we have to give only a quick touch up to the garment.When buying clothes yourself, you can see the importance of perfect fi nish. A well fi nished and packed garment is much more attractive. That is also the reason why the buyers insist in a good fi nishing unit. The fi rst

impression counts and good finishing equipment makes here the difference!The best solution for outerwear is to use vacuum and blowing tables from our new FUTURA-LINE. To achieve the best result you should use for the fi nal fi nishing of the garment such a table together with one or two swivel arms to fi nish the shoulder parts or the sleeves. The new line has the already well known very strong vacuum together with a fully improved blowing device.

We are still using two seperate motors, one for blowing and one for vacuum suction, for immediate alternation of blowing and suction. He has all characteristics of the type 20.001 with foundation 21.901. The difference is that the Vulcan 2011 is designed to be a low cost boiler with all features regarding automatic fi lling via pump. If you are looking for full automatic water supply, are the right address: costly controlled by two especially designed for a long life of the heating elements and additional equipped with a 3-valve-fi lling device either from a water container or from the water tap.You have two choices:You go either for the known electro pump, but for generators with 4 or more bar steam pressure you should go for the superior motor pump (with a head made in brass and stainless-steel) fi lling fast and softly.The design is TUEV - approved and on special request you get each boiler with the original TUEV stamp. Build-up your own steam supply without any welding job!„Set“ is the short expression of a variety in supplying your factory with steam.- from 6 - 18 KW performance- for 1 to 8 steam connections- an isolated pipeline system- energy saving- no welding is necessary because all parts may be screwed- it is ideal for the individual inset In case of extending the station up to 8 steam connections, 1 x 10.060.2 and 1 x bedding of pipes is needed per station. From 8 connections and up your steam pipe system has to be installed by a local plumber. Minimum pipe diameter 3/4“ - Maximum 1 1/2“.

Example: a 12 KW boiler, with a condense thermostat valve and 6 steam connections.

.1 - is the fi rst station next to the boiler, with all necessary parts for the connection of the steam and the condense valve. .2 - is the middle station, from which we can have more than one, if the boiler has a greater capacity.3 - is the third or last station in the line cpl. with drain-valve or/and condense valve. The topper-box provides with a fast and rational work, easy to handle for all different kind of textiles. It saves money, energy and time and also it keeps down the humidity and the high room temperature. The topper-box runs fully automatically. With the timer will be saved the desireable steam and blowing intervals individually, also the delaying for blowing its independent adjustable. Time saving with the topper-box, because only the trousers folding areas need to be handironing or pressing.
