• Journey to launch on 5 September took 2 years– Lots of research, feedback and forums carried out

• Supplier chosen spring 2010 – Amco

• Delays in developing our internal database and approval of the new QCF/SCQF qualifications had impact on pilot launch

• Pilot training /review / development carried out during 2011 (on test site/candidates) with 40+ centres
