After local anesthetic it may take several hours before the feelings come back into yourback, you should take specialcare not to bump or knock thearea,you will be able to go home when you fell ready, if you had a general anestheticor sedation you will need to arrange someone to drive youhome, in the gentle dentist wewill provide you transport if neccesary.The nurse will giveyou some advice about lookingafter your teeth and gums beforeyou go home.

You may be given painkollers, antibiotics and mouthwash solutionsto take home, you mayalso be given a date for a follow up appointment.
