• Always remember that whenever you are angry, following negative
changes occur in your body -
• Heart:- MINC syndrome (myocardial infraction within normal coronaries)
a heart attack with normal coronary vessels.
• Lungs:- Emotional asthma.
• Stomach:- Hyperacidity & peptic ulcer.
• Brain:- Confusion & memory loss.
So, next time do not let anger overpower your. You must be wondering how
one can always remain calm.
It is definitely possible…!
Discussion – Pappu Ko Jab Gussa Aata Hai
EXPERIMENT - 3
Like Pappu in movie, we all feel helpless & upset, when we cannot cope
with particular situation. This blocks our ability to think creativity & react
positively.
Always remember, continuous or recurring sadness or depression leads to,
• Heart:- Cardiac Neurosis – pain in chest.
• Lungs:- Hysteric breathing.
• Stomach:- Constipation.
• Brain:- Lack of drive & enthusiasm.
Count your blessings! There are enough reasons to be positive & happy.
Pappu Jab Depress Jata Hai
EXPERIMENT - 4
• What happens when we laugh -
• Hearty laughter helps to regulate the blood pressure.
• Breathing becomes deeper which sends oxygen enriched blood & nutrients throughout the body.
• Laughter decreases the stress hormones.
• Protects the heart. It helps in preventing heart diseases.
• Tones intestinal functioning, & strengthens the muscles that hold abdominal organs in place.
• It can benefit digestion.
• Hearty laughter can burn calories equivalent to several minutes on the exercise bike.
• Laughter stimulates both sides of brain & this enhances learning. It eases muscle tension & psychological stress, which keeps brain alert & allows people to retain more information.
• It increases infection fighting antibodies.
• It clears negativity, improves attitude & develops overall personality.
“Laughter is a shock absorber that eases the blows of life”.

EXPERIMENT - 5
Our body is a complex electromagnetic field. Our thoughts when converted into
images get translated into molecules called neuro-peptides. These have potential to
help us get the very thing we imagined/desired with full passion & emotion.
So if you want something (achieving 90% score, in your exams or winning the best
athlete medal) -
• Imagine that it has already happened.
• Visualize the image moving, in color.
• Feel it, experience it.
• Visualize it at least 5 times a day, especially immediately after waking up & just
before going to bed.
This exercise will influence your actions which will lead you to your goal.
Pappu – The Great
EXPERIMENT - 6
Whenever we go shopping we first make a list of things we need. This list
determines the size of the bag which we require.
Now onwards carry the list but drop the bag. Instead place all the items from the
list in your ‘Memory Truck’.
Let’s say you want to buy the following:-
Now try to place these items mentally on various parts of truck.
Visualize each item vividly, in color & see it moving.

Meditation for Concentration
EXPERIMENT - 9 There are many students who study throughout the year & yet they need to learn
everything again before the examination. They are not able to retain what they have
learnt.
Here lies the magical cure that has been scientifically proven –
Step I – For better retention the first revision for a topic should be done within 24
hours of learning a topic.
(because the 1st forgetting cycle starts at the end of 24hrs of 1st learning)
Step II – The second revision is necessary within 7 days.
This will ensure a strong & sound memory & optimize chances of recalling precisely.

Home Made Memory Drink
EXPERIMENT - 12
During the exams when you study for long hours you get confused
because all the information gets muddled up.
You should not study the same subject throughout the day.
You should
1. Divide your study time.
2. Devote each section of your time to a different subjects
3. Alternate logical & theoretical subjects for e.g.:-
History followed by Maths, Hindi, followed by any Science
Law of Interference
History
Chemistry
Hindi Maths
English
Physics
EXPERIMENT - 13
Does your mind go blank as soon as you see the question paper? Do you find it difficult to recall answer to certain questions?
Now you can follow the law of re-integration. Next time you fail to recall any answer in the examination hall.
Step 1 – Concentrate & mentally go back to the surrounding in which you had learnt it.
Step 2 – Visualize yourself opening that page of the book & try to read it mentally.
Step 3 – In a few seconds you will be able to recall the desired information.
Law of Reintegration
EXPERIMENT - 14
Your mind is the most efficient alarm clock. If you wish to get up early
in the morning do the following steps –
1. 10 minutes before going to bed sit on a chair.
2. Shut your eyes, breathe deeply.
3. Tell yourself that you will wake up early at __’O’ Clock. 4. Visualize yourself getting up at the desired time feeling fresh, alert
& enthusiastic.
Pursue this for at least a week to get the desired result.
Mental Alarm Clock
EXPERIMENT - 15
Inspite of spending hours in learning a topic, the revision seems to take
considerable time. Over learning is a way to solve this problem–
1. Learn any topic.
2. Spend 1/3 of your original learning time in reading the same topic
immediately after learning it.
Outcome
• It saves a lot of revision time.
• It improves your power of retention of that topic.
• It helps in fast recalling during the exams.
Law of Over Learning
EXPERIMENT - 16
Can you believe that a stick has the ability to think & that we can read its mind?
Does this surprise you?
Let’s experiment with the stick.
Step I – Hold the stick as shown.
Step II – Look at the ‘negative’ mark on the stick & try to balance it.
Step III – Focus only at the point of the negative mark.
Expected Result –
You will not be able to balance the stick for more than 15 seconds.
Activity II –
Balance the stick once again on your palm looking at the ‘Positive’ mark above.
Expected Result: You will be able to balance for a longer period now.
Mind Stick I
EXPERIMENT - 17
What do you learn from the Mind Stick Experiment.
1. Change your focus. Change the result.
The same action will not give different result. A new & innovative action will bring about the desired result.
2. Think positive & have control over your goals.
It is not possible to balance your life or achieve your goals by negative thinking. Believe in yourself & have faith that one day your dreams will become a reality.
3. Not just hard work but smart work is the key to success.
You may try to balance the stick by looking at the bottom but it is difficult. Just by discovering a smarter way to balance (i.e. by changing the focus) you get the desired results immediately.
4. Anything that seems impossible initially can be simple later. The task of balancing the stick by looking at the bottom appears impossible but the same task becomes possible & looks simple – just by doing it differently.
5. Small steps everyday may bring a big difference later. Do you wonder – why we are not able to balance initially while looking at the bottom of the stick? The movement at the bottom is noticeable. By the time we change the position of the palm it is too late.
However when we look at the top of the stick, the small displacement at the bottom gets magnified & we clearly know how to reposition the palm to maintain balance.
Similarly, when we are learning something new the progress made each day may seem insignificant initially. But remember, drops of water make an ocean. So after a period of time, your efforts are sure to bear fruit.
Mind Stick II
EXPERIMENT - 18
Most students do not plan their study time. By taking breaks at proper
intervals, one can learn a topic better.
Spaced learning should be used to plan study time–
• Study a theoretical topic for about 40 minutes & then take a break for
10 minutes.
• Logical subjects like mathematics & sciences can be studied for 60
min.
• During the break you may listen to music, go for a short walk or do
some breathing exercise to relax & rejuvenate yourself.
Break acts like a pillar which holds the learnt information.
Spaced Learning
EXPERIMENT - 19
Before going to bed everyday, spends 2 minutes in silence. Ask yourself the following questions –
Q. Did I use the revision techniques today to revise the previous matter? (This can save your total learning time)
Q. Did I remember the space learning principle while studying? (This can help you retain information better)
Q. Did I spend 1/3 extra time on the topics I learnt for the 1st time? (This can help you to reduce the time spent on revision)
Q. Did I use the law of interference in my study plan? (This can help you avoid confusion)
Q. Did I mediate to improve my concentration? (This helps in improving concentration)
Q. Did I have my memory drink? (For reducing stress & anxiety)
Q. Did I lose my temper? (Don’t lose your temper, it is harmful for your body)
Q. Did I feel sad or depressed? (Frequent sadness/depression can be injurious to health)
Q. Did I use my mental alarm clock? (This helps in waking up at desired time)
Good Night Impact Questions
EXPERIMENT - 20
“Great athletes acknowledge that 80-90% of success in sports is due to the mental factor ” (Charles Garfield Psychologist). This is true in every field. A positive attitude & self suggestion lead us to our goal much faster. Giving yourself a self suggestion using the minds eye is called latent learning.
How to use Latent Learning in Exams:-
A day before your exams, take 5 minutes for latent learning. Do the following steps.
1. Close your eyes & visualize yourself walking towards the examination hall. Visualize finding your roll number, your seat & finally sitting down to take exams.
2. Imagine the invigilator walking towards you, handing you the answer sheet & the question paper. Make sure you visualize everything in bright light.
3. Mentally go through the question paper. Read the instructions & questions carefully.
4. Imagine yourself answering all the questions well & finishing them in time.
This method of rehearsing in the mind helps you in improving your performance, counters anxiety & builds confidence.
“Before every match, I visualize in my mind that I will get a hundred.
As per-match preparation,
I do certain things-this is one of those things.”

Animated Cosmic Energy Cards
(Protected by Worldwide Patent Law)
EXPERIMENT - 21 A Few Scientific Facts About Animated Cosmic Energy Cards
A. Why is Cosmic Energy required?
We receive some amount of cosmic energy during deep sleep in order to meet the energy requirements for day to day activities in our life. When we are unable to receive this cosmic energy due to lack of proper sleep, insomnia, stressful life, depression, drugs & alcoholic drink addiction, we feel exhausted, tired & our body becomes prone to various infections & diseases. Therefore we need extra cosmic energy all the time to remain energetic & dynamic to enjoy our precious human life.
B. What is the principle of ‘Animated Cosmic Energy Card’?
The principle of animated cosmic energy card is based on one of the most important neurobics exercises of mind’s association & visualization
techniques to tap the cosmic energy from the cosmos. There are three scientific facts in this animated cosmic energy card:-
1. Positive thoughts: This card contains highly motivational & inspiring positive thoughts. Medical science has proved that positive thoughts release positive hormones in our body like endorphin & encephalin hormones & increase our immunity.
2. Green Colour: Research has proved that the visualization of the green colour helps in remaining very energetic & dynamic. This is the colour of love & heals our hearts.
3. Animation to improve concentration power: This card becomes animated when we move the PVC sheet side ways. Viewing of this constant movement enables one to tap green coloured cosmic energy from the cosmos through our concentration power.
