Administration

Important Information

• All concussions should be seen by a licensed physician that is trained in concussion management prior to returning to play.

• Tool for Concussion Management– Supervised Baseline Test – Post Injury Test If Needed

• All Post Injury Tests should be taken at the direction of the physician.

Age Requirements

Individuals between the ages of 10 and 59 can take the test.

• Quiet Space

• Parental Supervision

• Dimmed Lights

• Computer(Preferably Desktop) with Internet Access.

• External Mouse and Full Size Key Board
