Outcomes in providing services to communities

Outcomes in Clinical management of STIs & HIV/AIDS

• Improved quality in STI screening with lab set up• Capacity of CHWs as RLAs up scaled in screening common STIs • Appropriate clinical management of STIs & HIV/AIDS• Capacity of VCCT nurses and CHWs up scaled to manage

HIV/AIDS effectively at remote facilities without much supervision

RLA trained• 1,010 People on ART• 90 Babies born HIV negative from positive parents• 32 Discordant couples• Antenatal women screened for HIV & STIs using Gram

Stain and Wet Prep • Working towards the national target of Reducing 85% of

mother to Child transmission

schools & communities• Communication• Change of weather patterns
