Strategies implemented in Gujarat • Trainers with experience of 10/15 years sourced locally from Gujarat based institutions like SPIPA-Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration and officials

like DDOS, TDOs and Village Secretaries from various Government departments.

• Vigorous three days TOTs imparted on identification of Trainers for obtaining uniformed result at multiple training programs.

• Training Modules being designed in Gujarati language.

• IEC material like Posters developed for display and reading material, CD for dissemination to the participants and for class room exercise like flip charts etc.

• Tools: Lectures, Video display, Group Activity, Discussion, Recaps, Case studies are utilized while imparting RGPSA training at Block levels.

• Appropriate Resource Persons are identified from concerning Government departments like DRDA, Social Welfare, Social Defense etc.

• Publications on Government schemes/Acts/Programs in Gujarati language is disseminated to the participants of RGPSA-Set of 13 books.

• Coordination between Documentation and MIS being streamlined and strengthened.

• Elaborative POA-Plan Of Action to be developed based on Order Size that is Geographical area (Considering districts , blocks, distance, transportation

facilities and local festivals) and Time frame.

• Training of Trainers to be imparted on identification of Trainers.

• Training Modules to be designed in Hindi language for Trainers.

• IEC material to be developed for display like posters and for dissemination to the participants like reading material, CD and class room exercise like flip charts etc. in Hindi Language.

• Order size to be matched with Time Frame and
