The journey is done in that order, typically. Take care of YOURSELF first. Be a product of the product. People will take notice and will begin to follow. Find at least 3-5 people to join your challenge group or team with a challenge pack monthly. Treat your customers with respect and understand it took them courage to ask you for HELP.
