Spring 2017 Registration Notes
RRC/AVRY indicates Round Rock Campus. If you are not willing to travel, do not register for that section. Accidental registration into RRC/AVRY class
DOES NOT guarantee a San Marcos class.
MGT 3353 and MGT 3453 labs are assigned to specific lectures.
If you need to register for a closed management course please complete a closed class request form
found on our website under Student Info, or visit the Departmental Office (McCoy 524).
The Department of Management will not handle closed class requests over the phone.
you must have your coursework completed and posted to your Texas State transcript by January 11, 2017. In order for this to happen, you will need to send your official transcript to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
The Advising Center will not preserve prerequisite overrides after January 11, 2017. At this time, the Registrar’s Office will run a report to identify students who are registered without the required prerequisites and those students will be dropped.
Neither the Advising Center or Management Department will accept proof of grade for prerequisite courses outside of Texas State.
If any questions, please contact the Advising Center at 512.245.1993 or stop by 115 McCoy Hall to speak with the Advisor On-Call.
