IMPORTANT PARTY INFO MAGIC CITY: IT’S SHOWTIME SATURDAY 21ST MAY 9PM – 6AM HORDERN PAVILION, SYDNEY TICKETS Tickets are available online at Ticketek.com.au and via all Ticketek outlets. VIP TICKETS A VIP ticket includes Express entry, Meet & Greet with the international artists, and a LIMITED edition Magic City goodie bag containing a CD, keychain, and surprise gift. VIP MERCHANDISE As a VIP ticket holder you will need to pick up your VIP wristband and goodie bag from the box office at the event. VIP ARTIST MEET & GREET The meet & greet starts at 11:30pm until 12:30am. It’s a first serve basis, so arrive early to prevent disappointment. See below for the meet & greet location. Don’t forget to bring items like CDs, shirts, or other merchandise to be signed by the artists. See the event map for the meet & greet location. BOX OFFICE The box office opens at 7pm Saturday May 21st. IDENTIFICATION AND AGE This is an 18+ event. Please ensure to bring a valid ID – so your entrance won’t be refused. (Over 18’s RTA photo ID / drivers license, current photo Passport) NO-LAD POLICY Lads and Lad clothing will NOT be allowed into the event. NO refund will be given to any LAD trying to enter the event. DRESSCODE We encourage you to dress up in the theme of the party to help contribute to the party atmosphere. Weapons are prohibited, so leave your boxing gloves or any other martial arts related items at home. WHAT TO BRING A positive outlook and a love for the harder styles in dance music! WHAT NOT TO BRING Magic City: It’s Showtime is produced to give everyone a positive and safe experience. The use of any illicit substances will not be tolerated. There will be a police presence at the event. GOODS No food or beverages of any kind are allowed to be brought nside the venue. It is also not allowed to bring any glow items inside the venue. Therefore an extensive collection of glow items will be sold at the Merchandise stand for your convenience. CAMERAS At Magic City you are allowed to take your digital photo or video camera into the event. Professional photo cameras are also allowed. To find the best pictures taken throughout the night, check out Magiccity.net.au, shortly after the event. PASS OUTS Pass outs will not be issued for this event. TRANSPORT The Hordern Pavilion is situated within the Moore Park Precinct next to the Entertainment Quarter and Fox Studios Australia, only 10 minutes from the Sydney CBD and 15 minutes from the airport. The venues are easily accessible by car, coach and public transport. Entry is via Lang Road, off Anzac Parade, Moore Park. SET TIMES Magic City: It’s Showtime will be the stage for 18 Superstar DJs coming from around the world battling it out in the ultimate party!
