Warranty and defective products being returned for credit must have a return authorization number issued by our customer service department. Please send in your debit request attention “Customer Service Department” in Burnaby at our Toll Free Fax#: 1-800-916-9386 and we will fax back an RA number. All shipments must be returned prepaid. All replace-ments will be returned prepaid from Holland Imports to your location. New goods being returned will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and must have prior written approval and an RA number. Holland sales representatives cannot give approval for credit or authorize any returns; you must contact our customer service department to ensure your query is solved quickly and accurately.

Freight Claims and Shortages

Prior to all shipments leaving Holland Imports they are checked for the number of cartons, the condition and the accuracy of the count before they are loaded on a truck. All skid lot shipments are wrapped, sealed, and marked “DO NOT BREAK PALLET WRAPPING”. The receiver must note on the waybill if the wrapping is not intact or any claim for shortages will be declined by the freight company. Any claims for shortages of cartons must be made directly with the freight company and noted on the receiving copy of the bill of landing at the time of receipt of the goods Any damages or open cartons must be noted on the receiving bill of lading and claimed directly with the freight company at the time of receipt. Any concealed damages or shortages must be claimed with 72 hours after receipt of the shipments.

ALL CLAIMS MADE AFTER 10 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Minimum order: $150.00

All prices are quoted based on our national prepaid freight policy as follows: All orders over $1200.00 are prepaid to major freight centers in Canada except 1) Newfoundland prepaid to St. John’s at $1500.00 2) Labrador and the 3 Territories (Yukon, Northwest and Nunavut) are prepaid on $1200.00 to their best staging area - Edmonton, Winnipeg, Montreal, or Quebec City All “beyond charges” will be the responsibility of the retailer and order must state one of the following: 1) We can prepay and charge on the invoice actual beyond freight or 2) 3% of the order value as surcharge to cover beyond freight or 3) Customer can arrange their own pickup or freight from the shipping depot

** Fuel surcharge may be applied depending on trucking company policy. Arrangements can be made to prepay and charge the freight to you on our invoice to take advantage of our negotiated trucking rates. Shipping instructions must be clearly marked on your purchase order.
