Since its foundation in 1968 Hydroflex Hydraulics has grown from a sales office into a technical wholesale company with more than 30,000 products in stock.
As a stock keeping technical wholesale company for hydraulic components our specific core markets include ship-building, general engineering, bodywork and agriculture, oil and gas, offshore and petro chemistry. We are also active in the OEM and MRO markets.
With more than over 30.000 products in stock, we strive to not only be a supplier but also be a knowledge-driven partner for both our national and international customers.
With almost 50 years of experience our knowledge and experience of the products and processes provide a valuable contribution to the product policy and the (logistical) business processes of our customers. Therefore we are committed to continuous knowledge improvement and keeping up with the latest developments and innovations.
In addition to our headquarters in Oud-Beijerland and our sales office in Belgium we founded the Hose Service Center in 2011, located in Rotterdam Waalhaven. The service center has grown considerably since its inception. All the more reason for us to make plans to open more Hose Service Centers at such strategic locations. Not only in the Benelux but also worldwide. Our first focus is in Singapore, with perhaps Europe as a sequel.
In 2014 Hydroflex Hydraulics has chosen to follow a new path. To unburden our customers is one of our priorities. With our years of knowledge and experience we are able to advise on complex issues as well as seemingly simple requests. The results are sometimes surprising. We do not just fulfil our orders, but we invest in customer relations.

For signalling defects, filter control or routine checking of flow, pressure, temperature or rotation speed, we provide a large range of high-quality diagnostic testing and measuring equipment. Our program offers solutions for both mobile and permanent measurements. Proper tools are required to set up high-pressure assemblies in a correct and responsible manner. The tools that we sell are de-veloped based on years of experience and thorough research. We therefore offer complete solutions to set up the hydraulic work shop used for assembly testing, marking and rinsing high-pressure hoses.We also supply tools for sawing; deburring, bending and pre- assembling high-pressure tubes and we have all the related tools and accessories. For easy, vibration-free mounting of items such as your hydraulic piping and other parts to be mounted,we supply very high-quality clamps to standards such as DIN3015. Our clamps are used in applications such as hydraulic systems in compressed air and cooling systems, and for piping in ship-building, offshore and mobile applications. For the attachment of low-pressure pipes and for high-pressure pipes. For light or heavy mechanical loads. These clamps are available in polypropylene, polyamide and aluminium, etc., depending on ambient conditions. The assembly parts are available in carbon steel and stainless steel, galvanised or white. Measure-ments vary from 4 mm to 800 mm in the U-bolt design.

In modern systems, a hose (assembly) must meet more requi-rements. High operating pressure, dynamic loadand leak-free over the long-term. We have been supplying valuable (hydraulic) hoses under our own trade mark for a couple of years: “HYDROFLEXTRA”. These hoses are manu-factured to international EN/ISO standards and have highly improved features, where high reliability and a long lifetime are required. Higher erosion-resistance of the cover, improved ozone and UV resistance and high fire-retardation (according to US-MSHA requirements) are also features of HYDROFLEX-TRA hoses. For every range of low- and high-pressure hoses, we supply the accompanying hose connections and pressure sleeves. These hose connections in the carbon steel versions with surface treatment zinc/nickel (Chrome 6 free) and Stain-less steel 316 (TI), together forms an integral unit with the HY-DROFLEXTRA high-pressure hoses and only this connection of-fers the security of a reliable unit. Hydroflex hose assemblies are supplied according to the latest international standards including a type of DNV, GL and ABS.

To guarantee a safe connection between hydraulic components, we offer an extensive selection of carbon steel Chrome-6 free zinc/nickel coated and stainless steel cutting ring connections, in our connection technology program. All in 1.4571 / 316Ti quality according to DIN 2353 & ISO 1179-4 / ISO 8434-1. Supplied in sizes ranging from 4 mm light to 42 mm light and to extra heavy- duty sizes from 6 mm heavy to 38 mm heavy. Suitable for operating pressures up to 630 bar. They offer excellent protection against corrosion, have optimum torque and comply with European guidelines RoHS 2002/95 / CE and ELV 2000/53 / CE.
A large variety of quick release couplings complete the connection technology program. Designs in ISO 7241-1 A and ISO 7241-1 B with flat face up to the screw thread and from special multi-couplings to tailor-made couplings. We offer everything to connect both light and extremely heavy connec-tions safely and leak-free to one another. These are available from 1/8 BSPP to 2” BSPP and from M12 to M42 metric, but also in NPT. With an operating pressure of up to 2000 bar, quick release couplings are available for almost every situation.

High-pressure pipes are often used for extremely high pres-sures. There are unlimited applications for example: chemical processes, hydraulics and various cutting techniques. We supply a suitable solution for every pressure requirement. We therefore offer an extensive assortment of carbon steel and stainless steel precision tubes and pipes, both seamless and joined in all suitable alloy.
They can be combined with our cutting ring couplings, flare connections and our extensive range of flanges. The availability of all sizes from 3.0 mm to 24” (609.6 mm) is unique: both metric and imperial measurements. Special alloys, sizes and fixed lengths are available on request.
A wide variety of stainless-steel pipes are available in a seamless design from both Europe as well as Asian origin in metric and imperial measurements. Seamless stainless steel pipes to ASTM A312 standard: in qua-lity according to AISI 304 / 304L / 316 / 316L / 321 / 316 Ti and according to material numbers 1.4301 / 1.4307 / 1.4401 /1.4404 / 1.4541 / 1.4571.
For standard steel E235+n/37.4-NBK Cr6-free, galvanised steel E235+n/37.4-NBK, Cr6-free, galvanised seamless cold-drawn high-pressure pipe according to EN 10305-4 (DIN 2445-2)internally from 2> mm and externally electro-galvanised - E235+N (St. 37.4 - NBK), material no 1.0255. Standardised annealed, vortex tested, internally lubricated, plugged, length 6000 mm.
A 3.1 certificate is possible on request.
Steel and stainless steel tubesHydraulic pipes suitable for various low- to high-pressure uses.
System contamination is the cause of 80% of defects in hydraulic installations. Problems can be created by dirt, an old filter or by a filter that is inadequate for the system. Hydroflex Hydraulics advises and helps in making the correct choice and supplies an extensive range of hydraulic filters and accessories for use in hydraulic systems. Together with our filter producers, we combine our knowledge and experience to guarantee filtration products of the highest quality. Our customers have an extensive assortment of separate components and total solutions to choose from.
High-quality filters ensure that contamination is kept under control, service life is increased and components are better protected. The filters have a high dirt collection capacity and high failure stability to make for shorter downtime in systems. Our basic program includes system care and additional components for the total management of contamination of hydraulic components and systems.
The care products system is sub-divided into:• Suction filters: for protecting the pump (including strainers
to 4” tank) and pipe filters (up to 700 LPM).• High-pressure and medium-pressure filters for component
protection. Design of pipe assembly via threadconnections, Cetop connections and flange mounting pressure up to 420 bar and flow of 450 LMP.
• Return line filters: for the removal of all contamination caused by the system by dirt from the oil before it flows back to the tank. Up to 2400 LPM.
• Offline filters with connections of up to 4” and volumes of up to 1500 LPM. Due to the inside-out filtering, the dirt remains behind in the filter and cannot get sucked back into the system upon replacement.
• Air filters to keep the system free from external air pollu-tion and to keep the pollution class at the desired value. Nominal capacities up to 20.000 l/min, filtration range 3 to 10 microns.

Hydroflex Hydraulics has developed a variety of services over the years and still more services are added. This is consistent with the strategy to support our customers and is an excellent extension of the products, which Hydroflex Hydraulics sells.
AssemblyWe offer a complete range of hoses, hose couplings and accessories in a wide range of different materials and sizes. Our hoses meet European and / or global standards. Many of the hose assemblies sold by us have a so-called “type approval”, which enables the supply under certification by ABS and DNV GL. We also offer the opportunity for taking certifications from other classification societies. Commissioned, we also provide marking or coding of the assemblies. Optionally we can make the assemblies traceable to manufacturing and / or test information.
WorkshopThe assembly of high-pressure hoses and testing all happens in our workshop in Oud-Beijerland. From simple to complex hose assemblies and from single pieces to series productions,
we assemble every hose diameter steel parts and variants one can think off.Well-equipped to new applications developed, so that we can respond quickly to market changes. This creates a flexibility that is consistent with our core values.
Hose Service CenterTo support our customers we also offer onsite hose assembly. Our fully equipped mobile workshop is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the Rotterdam region one can use our mobile service for onsite support. High-pressure hoses can be assemb-led and mounted on the spot.
Service desk Our offices in Oud-Beijerland and Rotterdam both offer a ser-vice desk. At the desk, it is possible to wait for a hose assem-bly. Small assembly work can be executed immediately. And one can buy a variety of service items.
Our services
Test locationWe have several test units that enable our qualified employees to test up to 4000 bar. This is done in accordance with ISO 1402.
Rinsing with a mineral oil at the request of our clients is one of the possibilities. Rinsing is done according to ISO 4406-199 16/14/11 of NAS 1638 5 standards.
Testing on site by a classification surveyor belongs to the possibilities. On a daily base several hose assemblies are tested in our test area. This is always done according to our own high standard of extra procedures to guarantee leak free pressing of the hose assemblies.
AcademyOur years of knowledge and experience shape the basis of our quality level. Continuous innovation and keeping up with the latest developments is needed to ensure this level of quality. Therefore we have developed the Hydroflex Academy, where
new employees are being prepared and existing employees constantly are kept up to date with the latest technologies, products and applications. This knowledge ensures that we honour our core values by giving the best advice to ensure quality and to keep the knowledge of our employees at a high level. Recently we have externally extended the Hydroflex Academy by starting collaboration with the FEDA for giving training to work safely with hydraulics. This is the first practice of a series that will be expanded in the future.
Advice Due to the high level of knowledge, our employees are able to create customized solutions for small orders, hose assem-blies and mounting, as well as customer-specific solutions and complex projects. Our advice extends from production to technical and logistics solutions.
Customer serviceWe think highly of personal contact with our customers. The better we know each other, the more we know about the business and its processes and the more targeted our advise can be. That is why we ensure that our regular customers have a permanent contact person or, in the case of major projects, have a solid team.
LogisticsOur logistics centre is located in Oud-Beijerland where we keep more than 30,000 items in stock. Our stock is growing
constantly and is always adapted to the demands of the custo-mers. Therefore it is possible that our Hose Service Center in Rotterdam stocks additional or different items than our logistics centre in Oud-Beijerland. This customer-orientated approach makes us very flexible.
Besides our own regional order service, we use several reputable logistics providers for delivery. In case of emergencies we use our Hydroflex sprinter to deliver directly from stock.
We also offer the ability of article pick-up directly at our service desk. This service is available in Oud-Beijerland as well as Rotterdam.
Scan 2 order For frequent repeat orders we offer quick and easy ordering by our Scan 2 Order (S20) service.
