PARTNER’S ISSUES IN THE PROJECT

The understudied area (Moyudan District) had to realize its regencial vision i.e increasing the people’s welfare started in 2010.

But in facts the unemployment rate was still relatively high and need immediate solution.

There were 6.109 unemployed men and 5.293 women, mostly of them eager to work abroads with their limited bargaining positions.

Mostly of vocabulary were accessed from the conventional module currently used integratedly and contextually by referring the concept of Minimum-adequate Vocabulary (for survival life only). Wilkins, 1987

The pragmatics and cultural aspects related to the target language learning were designed embeddedly within the discourses

5. Language Skills 4 skills but more focused on speaking skill involving structure, vocabulary, pronunciation, accuracy / fluency and listening comprehension

6. Networking There were links within each of the concepts and the contents by using “imparting and seeking factual informations” language function category which perfomed sequentIy in each of the unit

7. Structured Summaries

Learning materials was designed sequently from the easiest to the more difficult; easy to the more complicated; completed with language focus and sentence patterns that might be used as the basic understanding of the target language meaning for the trainees.

8. Module’s/Book’s Profile

Materials content was designed interestingly for the users i.e. in the form of authentics dialogues completed by illustrations which help the users to understand the given materials easily.
