• Brokerage service• Grant support (where eligible)

• Initial Meeting• Baseline – Utilities and financial• Scoping project - 12 hrs and/or grant• Report /Referral /Quotation• Implementation• Return 1 year on to assess impact

• The Poole & Purbeck Platform at the School of Applied Sciences aims to create a professional practice interface between academics, students and businesses, the public, following a two-strand strategy - (1) Creation of the Poole and Purbeck community; (2) R&E partnership and fund raising

• We will build a P&P community from the fusion of existing stakeholder agendas in the region, to provide benefits to our local economy, with students’ participation at all levels

• We invite businesses to join us, offering work placements, projects, PhDS, Master projects. Enthusiastic academics will supervise the students

• Combining business, research, training and education will create the conditions necessary for economic growth
