AMY LITCHFIELD | RICKETY BRIDGE WINERY Amy is the Events Coordinator at Rickety Bridge Winery’s USA location at 518 N Hamilton St in High Point and has been with them for the past three years. The 5,500 sq ft. former furniture showroom is available for events.

ANGELA KIRKWOOD | CITY OF HIGH POINT Angela Kirkwood, MPA, SHRM-SCP, IPMA-SCP, Director of Human Resources (2013) a professional with 27+ years of human resource management experience in both the public and private sectors. She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, change management, performance management, and talent acquisition.

ANGELA RIDDLE | FASTSIGNS Angela Riddle has been the proud owner of FASTSIGNS for 13 years. She previously worked in the chemical industry for 15+ years. She & her husband Scott have 3 children. She serves on the Executive Board for the High Point Commemoration for 400 Years of African American History (hp400yrscommemoration.com). She serves on the Board for the Community Clinic and is a member of the Ministers Conference.

She joined the team in November 2018 & oversees events, grants, sponsorships & more. She received a B.A. in English from UGA.

ERIN MILLER | TOWNEBANK Erin Miller has devoted her banking career to supporting businesses, nonprofits, and individuals throughout the Triad with their commercial real estate, private banking, and commercial and industrial banking needs. Erin volunteers with local non-profit organizations and is a graduate of Leadership High Point.

GLENDA BARNES | CITY OF HIGH POINT EVENT COMMITTEE MEMBER Glenda has 20+ years with the City of High Point as a Budget Analyst in the City Manager's Office and was promoted to a Sr. Budget Analyst in 2010. She currently reports to the Director of Public Services, as the financial liaison for sixteen divisions and various municipalities. She is married to Joseph L. Barnes.

KELLI DILLDINE | SERENITY SALON & WELLNESS Kelli is the owner and hairstylist at Serenity Salon & Wellness. She loves helping women discover their best hair color and style. She is best known for dimensional color & customized highlights. Other salon services include updos, Brazilian Blowouts & esthetician services.

KHEM IRBY PENN-GRIFFIN SCHOOL FOR THE ARTS PTSA ELECTED OFFICIAL Penn-Griffin School for the Arts is a performing arts school and one of the jewels of High Point. It ranks 6th best high school in North Carolina. The students complete Honors, AP courses and are college-ready. The arts middle school also prepares students for the high school audition.

Kia is very involved in the community, such as taking part in the 2019 Leadership High Point class. KIMBERLY PATRICK JOHNSON TRULIANT FEDERAL CREDIT UNION Kimberly Patrick Johnson is the Truliant at Work Relationship Officer for the Triad. Kimberly partners with local businesses in the area to create a Financial Wellness platform for their employees as a no-cost benefit. She’s in Leadership High Point c/o 2019 (Best Class Ever) and a board member for GMA-Risers.

KIRSTEN ROYSTER NOVANT HEALTH KERNERSVILLE MEDICAL CENTER Kirsten is an executive leader with demonstrated experience in community engagement, health care system operations and program development and growth. She has devoted her career to top quality care for the communities served by Novant Health, and she empowers teams to think big and pursue excellence with purpose.

KRISTIN DAILEY TRULIANT FEDERAL CREDIT UNION BOARD MEMBER | EVENT COMMITTEE MEMBER Kristin Dailey manages Truliant Federal Credit Union’s High Point Member Financial Center. She has been with Truliant for 13 years. Kristin has a passion for serving her community and leading others to success. She serves on the board of Business High Point and BBBS Central Piedmont.

LAURA MASON ALTIZER | CITY OF HIGH POINT Laura has worked with the City since 2010. She earned her Certified Budget and Evaluation Officer designation in 2017. Laura earned an MPA from UNCG and a bachelor's degree from Wake Forest. She previously worked at GTCC, UNCG and Greensboro College. Laura is an active volunteer in a variety of organizations.

LEIGH ANN VENABLE HIGH POINT REGIONAL HEALTH FOUNDATION ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER Leigh Ann Venable serves as the Director of High Point Regional Health Foundation. She joined the team in July 2019 and is responsible for all functions supporting the Foundation and the hospital. She has been with the hospital for several years, previously working in Public Relations & Marketing.

LINDSAY THOMAS | NOVANT HEALTH I am a native of High Point and a graduate of High Point University. I have worked in healthcare growth and operations for 12 years. I provide market relationship assistance for the Greater Winston Salem market.

She is a 15 year Retail Banking veteran with a passion for developing talented employees to serve the communities she oversees.

LISA BOLES | OLD DOMINION FREIGHT LINE Lisa Boles is Old Dominion Freight Line’s Director of Networking Operations, where she oversees a nationwide network infrastructure and leads a staff of 40. Lisa joined OD in 1997 and epitomizes the “OD Family Spirit.” She was selected to participate in the Women in Motion of Greater High Point.

LISA WHEATLEY | REAL KITCHEN AND MARKET Lisa (aka ''the chicken pie lady'') owns Real Kitchen & Market with her husband, Ray since 2001. Lisa and her amazing team run Real each day with true dedication. High Point and surrounding communities have come to Real for full service catering, foods to go & The Real Bar for lunch, dinner and fabulous wines!

LYNN MEREDITH | YMCA OF HIGH POINT Lynn Meredith’s position of Marketing / IT Director for the YMCA of High Point allows her to positively influence the lives of families, from children to seniors. Lynn has worked with the Y for more than 10 years, and she enjoys her job of sharing the Y message and it’s impact on our community.
