X-Height

• the distance from the baseline to the top of a lowercase letter

Ascent

• a character that is used to substitute a regular hyphen so that the information such as a telephone number does not get separated if there is not enough room on one line.

Balance Ragged Lines

• a paragraph control option that changes the ragged and uneven length of the lines from extreme changes to more balanced and equal line lengths

Ragged Left Alignment:
