delivery scheme ‘YSR Pension Kanuka’ across the

state, under which, various welfare pensions is being

delivered at the doorstep of the pensioners.

The age for old age pensioners (OAP) has been reduced from 65 to 60 years.

The Disabled Pensions (DP) will be Rs 3,000 per month, while the CKDU/Dialysis Pensions will receive Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 per month.

The Karnataka government on 3rd February

launched the “Janasevaka” scheme in a few

municipal corporation wards to ensure home delivery

of various services like ration cards, senior citizen

identity and health cards.

Benefit: Under this scheme, annual financial

assistance of Rs 6000 will be provided to those

families in the State whose annual income is

upto Rs 1.80 lakh and land holding is less than 5

acres so that premium of various welfare schemes of

the Central Government, pension scheme and crop

insurance could be paid automatically from the bank

accounts of the needy families.

The amount Rs.6000 would be transferred into bank in 2 equal installments of Rs.2000 each (total of Rs.4000) and the remaining Rs.2000 would be transferred on March month.

scheme at Eluru in West Godavari district on

3rd January . The scheme will be inaugurated in each

district by respective mandal and district officials.

Over one crore individuals will be benefited

under this new health scheme.

The chief minister has also announced to compensate for wage loss incurred during the post-operative period. With monthly cap of Rs 5,000 Dr YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust will pay Rs 225 per day for the prescribed recovery period.

government’s launch programme ‘Amma Vodi’

scheme meant to support lakhs of poor and needy

Marking the launch, Reddy pressed a button on a laptop to credit an annual financial assistance to the tune of Rs 15,000 each into the accounts of around 43 lakh mothers for the benefit of 82 lakh children in the state.
