FLAT fl ush plates are fully compatible with all our ALCA

pre-wall installation systems. Installation is very simple

and quick. It is also very easy to exchange previously

installed, older fl ush plates for the new FLAT range.

FLAT fl ush plates are very sophisticated and in keeping

with modern trends in design and technology.

Only 5mm thick

The frame and the mechanism of the FLAT fl ush plates

are fully recesssed into the wall, so that the unit extends

only 5 mm beyond the adjacent tiles. The visible surface

is made of a 2 mm thick plate of brushed metal. The

Flush plate therefore gives the bathroom a compact and

elegant look.

Perfect workmanship

All parts are manufactured and processed using the most

up-to-date techniques. Metal parts are cut by laser so

that they fi t perfectly together. The production process

is continuously monitored and parts subject to stress

are regularly tested in a modern laboratory. Flawless

functioning has been demonstrated by laboratory tests

using a minimum of 50,000 fl ush cycles. The whole

production process is also subject to quality control

procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and has

been certifi ed by the “Det Norske Veritas” organization.

Fingerprint-proof fi nish

The FLAT fl ush plate surface is treated with a special

protective layer which does not show fi ngerprints. This

reduces the need for it to be cleaned and wiped so

frequently and thus greatly prolongs its life.

The visible parts are made of a material highly resistant

to abrasion and UV radiation.
