For many of us our winter golf season is over
and we are heading home for the spring and summer only to be back in late Fall or early winter. Saying that, there still will be members golfing onward with a later departure date.
On behalf of all of the golf clubs and golf
groups, I wish to recognize all of the individuals responsible for their clubs/groups for their time and energy required to make this a great golf community. Cocopah RV Resort provides the " bricks & mortar ", however, it is the membership of these clubs and groups that make for an enjoyable winter golf experience.
Specifically, on behalf of the 18 Hole Men's
Club, I wish to thank the executive, consisting of Rick Collins, Joe Kress, Kelly Lancaster and Terry Morris. Thanks to our committee chairmen, Bob Canart, Chuck Plumb, Roy Smith, Pete Rouleau. There are many hours spend depending on the position to make the 18 Hole Men's Club a success.
The banquet was splendid. Great meal, with numerous prizes and thanks to Roy Helman for making the silent auction a huge success.
Thanks to the18 Hole Ladies Club for taking
care of us at the banquet, a job well done!
