Sophie is a highly accomplished communica;ons professional with
experience spanning television, cinema, marke;ng and events.
Originally from Dorset, Sophie had a well established career in London
as a Producer for award winning commercial produc;on company,
Banana Split, where she specialised in corporate films, commercials,
programmes for broadcast and DVD and other visual communica;ons.
Sophie is the co-‐owner and entrepreneurial marke;ng & PR force
behind the mul; award winning Weymouth restaurant, The Dining
Room. The phenomenal na;onal success of this venture was in fact the
catalyst for forming In The Bag PR.
Sophie specialises in crea;ve marke;ng campaigns to increase brand
awareness, including product launches, compe;;ons, large-‐scale and
in;mate events, networking and conferences.

Pippa Gibb Director
Pippa began her PR career in America with an internship for NATO at its
Allied Command Transforma;on Head Quarters. Originally from Dorset,
she returned to the UK to con;nue her career in London at the mul;
award winning financial services agency Lansons Communica;ons,
where her client porZolio included J.P. Morgan, Associa9on of
Luxembourg Fund Industry, UN Principles of Responsible Investment,
NOW: Pensions, ScoJsh Widows, Threadneedle and Vanguard.
Prior to forming In The Bag PR, Pippa worked with well renowned,
award winning communica;ons agency on high-‐profile accounts such as

Rolly’s Brownies: From Bou;que to Burs;ng!
Rolly’s Brownies have been taking the food world by storm since 2009. A Mul;
Award Winning company based in Weymouth, Dorset, they use locally sourced
ingredients to create elegant and tasty treats in a wide variety of flavours.
Rolly’s Brownies came to In the Bag PR in summer 2013 to gain more press in
regional and na;onal publica;ons and since the start of our working rela;onship
in August 2013 we have achieved consistent press in high quality publica;ons.
In December 2013, arer less than 4 months working together we were able to
feature the brand in Bri;sh Vogue. Seven Bridges Deli is a street food company which specialises in New York style
Reuben’s sandwiches. Arer a week-‐long brine, prime cut Irish beef brisket is
hot-‐smoked for 4 hours, using both hickory and oak whiskey barrels to infuse
two dis;nc;vely different yet equally delicious pastrami flavours to choose
between.
Seven Bridges Deli had undertaken no PR or marke;ng prior to their launch in

We project managed a magnificent 6 Page editorial in Dorset Magazine to share the inside scoop on the local legends of the sea and bring their stories to
life as they prepare for the 2014 Fes;val. We photographed and interviewed the fishermen as they reflected their industry and the legacy of fishing in
Dorset. The piece was incredibly well-‐received and gained widespread exposure for the Pommery Dorset Seafood Fes;val and of course, the notoriously

Dorset, the band are off to America in summer 2014 to play a series
