Additional costs may beincurred for materials, books andspecialist equipment and any additionalexam resit/assessment charges. ConCEssions on non-ACCREDiTEDCommuniTy EDuCATion CouRsEs(CommuniTy LEARning funDing)Concessions are also available oncourses funded through CommunityLearning, which includes mostCommunity Education courses notlisted as ‘accredited’. If you are aged19+ and in one of the categories listedbelow you may not have to pay for thesecourses:
• in receipt of an income-based benefit or equivalent e.g. Income Support, Working Tax Credit (Household income threshold applies), Housing Benefit, Pension Credit (guarantee credit only), or Council Tax Benefit (25% single occupancy discount does not apply)
